Donna. Was. INCREDIBLE. I hired her for our wedding of over 120 people. She was not only a bartender, but literally a hostess. Many people (even my notoriously critical grandmother) commented on how she was everywhere doing everything - making a mean drink, clearing plates, making coffee, everything - and being so kind and pleasant and joyous in the process. Plus she came by to make me (the bride) a plate of food for dinner! She helped me make the list of what I would need, and worked with the drinks and mixers I provided to make even better drinks than I imagined. I requested an additional server to support her which she easily provided, and he was amazing as well. She was worth double the price and I can't recommend her enough.

Jennifer is fantastic ! You can tell she loves what she does. She is eloquent, professional, approachable and so easy to be with. Her sermon was talked about after the service because she took the time to get to know us and hit all of the key points of our wedding, love and blended family. She went with the flow considering we had a wedding in a home with large families. I would hire Jennifer again.

Church had to set up with decorations for a wedding which was done and Marvalous job she did... Then she had to decorate the hall which they only Gave her an hour... And with that hour she worked her magic and did a BEE TEE FUL and AMAZING JOB..LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, suggestions and conerns... I had the best experience ever working with Diana. She took my vision and made it even better. She worked with me and my expensive taste in flowers and helped me get everything I wanted within my budget. She tied in every texture so elegantly in the bouquets and centerpieces. (Unfortunately...I didn't get a picture of the centerpieces...waiting for professional photos) Aside from that she was so pleasant and kind...and gives wonderful hugs (which you might need when wedding planning). I received so many compliments on my flowers and centerpieces. And will definitely be referring anyone looking for a florist to her. I look forward to hopefully working with her again in the future. I'm sure I'll find something for her!!

My husband and I did not realize how stressful planning our wedding would be. I know I literally felt like I was going to pull out my hair (and my fiancé's!!). Fortunately, a close friend suggested I hire a wedding coordinator to assist with the big day. Vibrant Moments saved our sanity! Shay and Janean were proactive, professional, organized, thoughtful, flexible and problem solvers. They reminded us about tasks we never even thought of. They also were informal marriage counselors during those planning conference calls when my fiancé and I had to make decisions LOL! But seriously, they helped us talk through some tough decisions related to the wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding, they checked in with the bridal party and all the vendors to ensure our big day was perfect. And when the wedding day finally came, they were on the scene taking care of every detail, big and small. I mean, they showed up with this supply basket that had so much stuff in it it had to be like a magician's hat. One of my bridesmaid's needed a phone charger - they had that. One of my othe bridesmaid's broke her earring - they broke out the glue gun. They had tissues, mints...you name it. And most important, they were fun, had positive attitudes and truly made us feel like the success of our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. We can't thank them enough for all they did to help make our big day special.

Jessica did a great job with our day of wedding preparation. She was able to take what we envisioned for our center pieces, sweet table and guest book table; and bring them to life. Alexis was such a pleasure to work with!! She is not only amazingly talented, but accommodating and so enjoyable to talk with. She was so on top of everything and present, even well before the wedding. She was so responsive and organized. Allana at City Chic Events was invaluable to us in planning and executing our daughter's wedding. She was professional, flexible, reasonable in price, approachable and available. She communicated with us as much as we needed her to. She was prompt in her responses and offered suggestions when asked. Allana worked quietly behind the scenes the day of the wedding. I found out, after the fact, that she had to repair my daughter's wedding dress after someone stepped on it. I never noticed!! Thankful to Ms Profit, she saved my wedding day as my initial coordinator backed out a week before my wedding, she took over decorating, coordination and handling all my vendors. My day was beautiful no one could tell that she stepped in last minute she ran my day as if it was her own wedding.

Since she worked at Salvage One, she knew the venue well and knew what would work and what wouldn't. She helped me fine tune the details for the day-of activities and helped set up all my DIY decor. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

  • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
  • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
  • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more.
