Ms. Kimberly Carlson is nice and professional person, who is working on my properties. She is always trying to help me, whenever I need the help and give me the professional advice during buying the property and rent it, too. She did great jobs. It could be better in the future that Kim or D & R can provide more advice for the potential tenants and locates the new tenants quicker if possible.

I was recommended Letts Property Management from a longtime friend. Their staff is incredibly dedicated and responsive. I retained iCalyx as my Rental Property Manager. For me, it was akin to flying a plane on auto pilot. They handled everything from rehabilitation of property to advertisements, to tenant contracts, to repairs and maintenance to eventual re-negotiation of renewals. All I did was to watch the rent collect in my bank. At all steps along the way, iCalyx informed me of happenings and asked for approval for every decision on the property. I am really happy with this company.
