Wesley has been my personal trainer for about 3 years. I do not really like exercising but he has developed a plan that if I follow my physical health is greatly improved. He has introduced me to a process that he uses that involves boxing and martial arts which is physically and mentally challenging. He designed the sequence for my level of interest and level of mental and physical fitness. So this changes as I improve but stays challenging and I am learning to have a lifestyle that naturally involves fitness. I had no idea what to expect my first session with Brandon - I've had personal trainers in the past, and didn't feel as though I took much from the experience, so I didn't expect much more than having someone to whom to be held accountable.
