I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that Jan from Xpert Project did a fantastic job repairing several leaks on my roof. Jan was quick to to diagnose where the leaks were originating. In addition, Jan helped detect a difficult leak under my second floor deck that was leaking inside my first floor living room. They provided a very reasonable quote for the work and after further diagnosing the issues and understanding some of the work that we originally agreed on was not required, they adjusted the cost of the work. Agnes also provided great support on scheduling the work. I have already recommended Xpert Project to a friend who is in need of roof repair. Great job!

Sam and his crew were courteous and professional and did solid work to fix my gutters, clear my roof of snow, and repair my roof leak. They were very careful in the home as well to take off shoes and not make any mess, which is very much appreciated. They also gave a warranty on their work for 6 months, which is very comforting in the event problems arise again. Will call them again in the Spring to get some tuckpointing and roof repair work done

Mobile home roof repair and reseal. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Tony Zuko contacted me immediately and we arranged a visit. His contractor Tom came out the following day and estimated the repairs. He thoroughly explained my options. We then negotiated a fair price and the job was completed in one day, the following day. Nothing less than exceptional professionalism every step of the way. They will be returning next spring to my home for additional work I would like done.

Luis and his crew were beyond AWESOME, they came and quoted the job and offered a timeline. I had explained my dilemma that the house was sold and the inspection showed the garage roof needed repair however I was going to replace it. The appraisal was happening in four short days, one day short of my trip back to my home state and one day short of his timeline. Luis found a way to squeeze it in the next day for me, saying it would take 5-6 hours and he could match the roof color of the house. It had been about 10 years since I had a roof done and I thought the price was a little high however out of the 5 quotes I got he had beaten them by 700$ so I told him lets do it. His crew showed up early and started right away, and then finished just under three hours. I was out running errands so I wasn't there to pay him or inspect the job. Once I got back I was more than pleased, the job was awesome plus as a bonus they cleaned up better than I expected. Usually there are some pieces left laying around or nails, something; NOT these guys, it was so clean you couldn't even tell they were there. We set up to meet the next day to sign off and pay but Luis got busy so it wasn't till several days later my daughter hooked up with Luis to finalize the deal, very trustworthy considering he knew i was leaving town. It does me a great honor to leave this review as I know how important it is for others to see, I have been burned in the recent past due to reviews. Luis and his guys are AWESOME and I highly recommend them. Thanks for the fast, friendly, and great work, also thank you for the trust which is usually dead in this day and time.

Tom was extremely quick in responding to my repair request. And Tom and his partner Tom were just as fast in coming to my house and making the necessary roof repairs. I thought the charge for the repairs was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again. In is my understanding, they do a wide-range handyman work.

The jobs was a roof repair. Jose was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The customer had a leak need the skylight which cause severe water damage inside his home. Jose came out within 24 hours access the damage and made the repairs within 48 hours. This was critical due to a heavy rain forecast. The work was neat and professional.
