My 12-year-old Win XP computer failed to power up one day. She came out, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and installed them on a second visit. Due to my chaotic schedule, this all took several weeks. When the computer came up, it could not find Secondary Drives 0 and 1, the CD drives. She determined both CD drives were getting power, but did not know how to fix the problem. I seldom need the CD, so I signed off on the job and will pursue it on my own. Her rates were reasonable for what she was able to do, but I wish she had known more.
