We live in the suburbs, but have an investment property downtown, and were becoming frustrated with the amount of time we had to spend maintaining it. We wanted a "hands-off" experience where we could count on a property management company to handle our property and work with our tenants, but were becoming a little disillusioned after dealing with a number of companies in Chicago. Finally, we were referred to Lofty and immediately saw how different they were to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have even gone out of their way to not only meet, but exceed our expectations! They are an amazing team to work with, and our tenants love them too. Highly recommend!

I was recommended Letts Property Management from a longtime friend. Their staff is incredibly dedicated and responsive. Andrew Stoll is an exceptional agent and I recommend him without reservation! He helped us sell an older home. He is a dedicated, energetic, creative, and professional person. Harry Pickrell manages two properties for us and has done an outstanding job. Both properties have required significant renovation, repairs and maintenance and Harry has been on top of every aspect. He is thorough, detailed and very knowledgeable. As passive owners, we especially appreciate receiving his recommendations. I've been using Red Star's property management for one of my condos going on 4 years now. I was a bit skeptical at first, since they're not the largest or well known, but what they lack in size, they make up for in quality.
