Sorry, this review is long overdue. Donna worked my mom's surprise 70th birthday party back in September. We had close to 80 guests. She did an amazing job! We corresponded before the party about drink menu ideas & she was very helpful with suggestions & recipes. The day of the party she did a wonderful job with showing up early, helping set up & went above and beyond serving the guests. She was not only the bartender, but waitress & clean up crew, too. She was well worth every penny! I was finally able to enjoy a party I was throwing for once. We will definitely be utilizing her services again! Thanks again Donna!

Can I leave more than 5 stars please???!!! We had a rather unique wedding ceremony request for Jennifer...we decided to do a Halloween themed wedding at our home in our back yard. Jennifer was up to the task and did an outstanding job. Her attention to detail is on point, and she is very personable. Everyone was asking how we knew her as they thought we had been friends for a long time. She fit in well with our guests (as I am pretty sure she would be able to mesh well with just about any group). The service she performed for us was amazing. We kind of decided late in the game to have a wedding at our house and things with us were hectic, Jennifer was very understanding and so helpful in making out wedding an absolutely amazing day. We are going to suggest her to our friends and family if they ever have a need for her services. Thank you again Jennifer! You are amazing and we made the right choice choosing you for our special day!!!

Rick was very knowledgeable about the wedding coordinating process. He was helpful in attending the walkthrough with the other vendors and venue coordinator. However, he was not able to attend the rehearsal dinner or wedding because of a previously booked event. His associate, Valerie, and her assistant, Maria were at the wedding instead. Overall, everything went pretty smoothly. Everything was cleaned up and ready to go by the end of the night so I didn't have to worry about it. There were times throughout the night where I couldn't find any of the coordinators when I needed to find something, but I'm sure it was because they were behind the scenes making sure everything was going as planned. Valerie was supposed to attend the rehearsal, but Maria came instead (a little late). Because of this, there was some miscommunication as to where people were supposed to walk, but essentially it was not a big deal (the crowd doesn't notice things like that). They were a pleasure to work with and I felt like most things were taken care of in a professional manner. They even helped my parents load up the car at the end of the night! Honestly, I think I would have preferred for Rick to be there for the wedding coordination because of his experience, but it worked out okay with his associate and assistant.

Everyone was absolutely a delight to work with. Holly was our day of coordinator and was so helpful and hands on in making our special day the best day ever. I never had to worry about my vision coming to life, there were a few changes she made and I'm so grateful she did because they turned out so much better than they werebefore. Our event staff Julio and Brenda were just as professional and hands on and we cannot express enough about how great our event went with the help of them and Holly. C2Detail Events - Charlene served as the day off person for our wedding. The package my now husband and I purchased included - active support in vendor management/payments as well as coordination of our expectations from the rehearsal dinner through the church ceremony and reception. We cannot say enough great things about Heidi and highly recommend her wedding services to any other couples! Heidi served as our wedding coordinator in September 2017 and she was worth her weight in gold so that we could have a relaxing and elegant wedding. Thanks to Heidi we were able to truly enjoy our time with all of our guests many of whom had traveled from Europe and across the US to be with us. On the day of the wedding Heidi did an incredible and efficient job running our early morning rehearsal which immediately put everyone participating in the ceremony at ease. She and her two assistants were then present at our venue throughout the day coordinating the vendors as they arrived, setting up decor, and bringing us our bouquets for photos. She even sent me a few photos of the cake and decor as sneak peeks as we were out and about all day with our wedding party. Once we arrived at the venue everything looked absolutely perfect and she even had water set up for the wedding party as we got ready to walk down the aisle (she also had water, snacks, pain killers and whatever else anyone needed!). During the evening wedding Heidi kept everything to schedule and moved the guests seamlessly throughout the venue from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. She worked closely with the photographer, caterer, and musicians to make sure everything went to plan. If anything went wrong during the day or evening we did not know about it! At the end of the wedding she and her two assistants packed up all our boxes of decor/cake/leftover alcohol and took it to our hotel so our family and friends were able to go back to their hotels or to the after party with no worries. In addition to the actual wedding day, Heidi was wonderful from day one. After we decided to work together we met with Heidi early in the summer and showed her around our venue. A couple of weeks before the wedding she also came to our final walkthrough with our caterer. We also had multiple check-in calls the week leading up to the wedding to go through final details. During the week before the wedding she was in touch with all of our vendors to introduce herself and to work out any details which took all vendor management out of our hands. In short, we had a very detailed schedule and notes of how we wanted our wedding to run and look and Heidi executed it with precision and even helped us think of details we might not have thought of ourselves. We had 60 guests and wanted a personal, professional, and elegant Chicago wedding. So many guests commented on how smoothly everything went during the day and how much they enjoyed the pace and look of the evening. We were a very happy bride and groom!

Allison totally came through on extremely short notice (about 2 weeks before my wedding!) and she did an amazing job. All her communication was prompt, professional, and very easy to talk to. I had some family drama however she took care of it all and everyone got on board. My venue was new to her so she came and met me before the rehearsal so I could walk her through and give her a rundown, which only put me more at ease. I would highly recommend her for your 'day of' wedding coordination, you won't be disappointed!

The ladies of A Vibrant Moment were absolutely amazing. The wedding invitations they created were exactly what I wanted, and received so many compliments on how beautiful they were. They kept me on track with all of my wedding preperations, were always available to answer any questions I had and ready to offer suggestions. On my wedding day everything went smoothly, and if there were any issues; I didn't know about them because these ladies are that good! Izza and her team were the absolute fantastic to work with! My husband and I hired iMktg Services for full planning services, which entailed everything from monthly in-person check-ins, decorations, guest list, invitations and pretty much everything that you need at your big day. Izza was absolutely incredible at keeping us organized and helping us stick to our schedule. She immediately got to know us as a couple and was able to provide spot on recommendations and advice for all of the thousands of decisions that go into planning a modern christening. If you need a wedding planner, don't even bother looking further! She is one best event planner that will go beyond your expectations. Allana planned our intimate destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, and it couldn't have been more perfect for me. Allana located and made all arrangements with the vendors to provide the services required: officiant, flowers, food, photographer, hiring a boat. I don't speak Spanish, and she does, so I couldn't have done it without her. She found some really great vendors, whereas I wouldn't have known where to start, even had we been stateside. She managed everything day of, too, and everything went super smoothly, it was perfect! I enjoyed working with Allana, it's clear that she loves event planning!

I knew right away when I stood up in my sisters wedding that I had to have Cathie as my florist for my wedding. I knew it would be hard to top the beautiful bouquet on my sisters day but Cathie did! Cathie is always so easy to work with and knew my vision right away. I even remember there being a hiccup Bc the greenly I wanted was coming from Houston and that was the same time at the Hurricane. Cathie replaced it and I couldn’t even tell the difference. Also I told Cathie we were on a limited budget and didn’t want to spend a ton on flowers. Some florist would just skimp on the details but not Cathie, she did an amazing job! Everyone in my bridal party and wedding loved the flowers and thought our bouquets were stunning!!!     What does a wedding event coordinator do?

Wedding planning is similar to event planning in that a planning team handles the coordination of multiple wedding elements including catering, venue, guests, entertainment, decor, transportation and more.     How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

    A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200.     What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

    When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

    • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
    • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
    • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
    • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..

    Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

    Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

    • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
    • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
    • Conducting the wedding rehearsal.
