I have MS, Reagan and I work together usually 3 days a week in order to work on my strength and balance issues. She is considerate of my illness and still pushes me, but also listens to me when i tell her my body has had enough. Her studio is nice, clean, and comfortable. Reagan is very versatile and can adjust my workout based on what is hurting me that day. I really enjoy my workouts and feel much stronger everytime I leave!

I've been an avid runner for years and started body sculpt to strengthen my core. Within a year of following Liz' workouts, I took 9 minutes off of my best marathon time and qualified for Boston- 2 age groups below mine. Liz provides great direction and works all muscle groups. She also recognizes the varying degrees of participants' capabilities and provides alternatives to meet differing levels. Not only have I improved my marathon times, I also no longer suffer from lower back pain. While the classes are challenging, I love them and strongly recommend Liz and her classes to anyone- no matter what their current degree of fitness.
Kelly is a driven instructor that always has the best interest of her clients in mind. When giving advice or suggestions when personal training, she meets me where I am and builds from there. She listens to me and works with me to develop my skills while pushing me harder.
The sessions have been great so far, getting us to actually push ourselves to do better while giving us awesome at home exercises. The gym is fantastic- low key, clean, plenty of equipment- and very reasonably priced compared to places like the YMCA. Ryan keeps us motivated to keep working out and eating right. Overall it has been a great well rounded approach to getting fit.
