Working with Rich has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. He started off as my personal trainer back in 2011 and I've stuck with him ever since! When he contacted me to see if I'd be interested in his BCC class, I HAD to join. Rich not only guides and coaches you to your goals, but he also CARES! not many trainers do.. He knows when to push you, gives advice on things to do at home like certain stretches if you're sore, he knows nutrition, and he knows how to have FUN during class. If anyone is interested in becomming a client of Rich, I recommend him with such great appreciation. He won't let you down. You'll see a better you. Trust me! Hope to see some new faces pretty soon!!
Initially my doctor referred me to Trainer Bob to begin a consistent exercise routine. I have type II Diabetes and needed to make some lasting lifestyle changes.Trainer Bob is awesome!!!! I hesitated to contact him at first because I was self-conscious about training with someone and going to a gym where everyone looks great. I'm glad I finally made the call and got started. Trainer Bob uses a private gym just for trainers. That put me at ease right away. He has a wonderful personality and really makes an investment in each of his clients. I have been training for about 8 months with Bob. In that time I have lost a bit of weight and more importantly have been able to stop taking one of my medications!!! Bob not only helps with fitness, but coaches you on nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you accomplish your personal goals. In addition, he keeps the workouts interesting, gives you 'homework' and helps keep you focused on lifelong changes. Bob is accommodating with schedules, provides lots of encouragement and always greets you with a positive attitude!!! I have been training with John for over 1.5 years. John is an outstanding personal trainer. I deal with autoimmune issues, and John is able to put together a great workout each time, knowing when he can push my body and when it's best to go easy. Kru Jamie teaches the art of Muay Thai in a way that is true to the sport. Not only does she teach the fundamentals for Muay Thai but she encourages discipline and pushes you to reach your potential, all while enjoying the sport. After her return from Thailand, where she trained with some of the best coaches, she was ecstatic about teaching our class the techniques she learned. John is very talented & has great diversity in his approach for personal coaching.
