I have been training with Chitown Trainer for over two months and I like it a lot! The best part about Chitown Trainer is that the trainer's schedule is very flexible and they come to your place for the training. This means a lot to me and I highly recommend this to the people who are very busy and can only do the training during the weekend.
What I like about Chad is that he really knows how to motivate me. He makes each of my training sessions challenging but also rewarding. He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise to maximize results and avoid injuries. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness and health goals.
I initially signed up for a personal training package of 7 sessions that went pass very quickly. Mr. Gardner was very patient and willing to work within my physical limitations. With that been said, I signed on for additional training sessions. Checkout his website to see my results and you be the judge of his level of knowledge as a trainer and nutritional coach.
Raven, has been awesome. He has been everything that I was looking for in a trainer and more. He is very supportive and cares a lot about your personal goals. I am very glad that I selected him to do my training. My training is very personalized and I have many issues including nutrition and health that he has been able to address and is continuing to help me with. I went to 360 fit for a couple of months and the experience was great ! Andrew is very patient and motivating while working out. The sessions that we had were different each and every time. I dropped 25 pounds before going on my cruise. The circuit traning that we was challenging but not anything that you couldn't do as long as you put your mind to it. Andrew is very flexible I had a crazy schedule and he was able to work around it. He also helped with ideas with meal prep and how many calories I should consume. The experience was excellent and I will definitely recommend anyone that's looking to lose weight or fine up Andrew is the guy. Thanks again Andrew for everything you did for me!
Dan has been training me for the past 8 weeks and since we started working together, I've seen an incredible improvement in my strength, and my figure--this week I was able to fit back into my favorite pair of work pants that I haven't been able to fit in, in a year! When I first met with Dan I hadn't worked out in literally 2 years and was really nervous about all of it; however, Dan devoted an entire session to simply understanding me, the current state of my health, my habits, and helped me define where I wanted to be in my ideal future state. Dan then put together a customized program to ensure we could get there. As a woman, my one of my biggest concern was around "bulking up" from weight training as my body type lends itself to this if I'm not careful. I shared this with Dan and despite what I was sure would happen after the weight training, he's somehow made plan that made me smaller and noticeably toned up, and definitely not bulkier! In parallel, Dan has also really helped me with my poor eating habits--I'm a busy executive with little time to care or prepare food that is consistently healthy--and I sure do love Chicago cuisine. But every visit Dan would casually ask me what I planned to eat for the week and then give me directives on best options, grocery store lists, crackpot recipes, how to store my food, when to prepare it, and even where I can stop on the way home to get what I need for the next day :). . Dan has been a God send and reinvigorated my belief that I can take care of my health, actually meet my fitness goals, and truly enjoy it. I've absolutely loved, enjoyed, and seen results from every single session with Dan. I can't rave enough about how great a trainer he is and his attention to every aspect of his clients fitness, and overall well-being!!
We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. I've been training with Chaun for over 7 months. My goal when starting was to become faster, stronger, and leaner. I've cut 10% of my body fat, I'm a lot stronger and faster now. Chaun knows how to push you to your max but he also see when your having an off day and just need a easy day. Chaun is extremely friendly and easy to get along with we've actually become friends and hangout on occasion
I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I met Jenny about 7-8 months ago when she joined the HIIT training gym I had recently joined. Jenny has amazing knowledge about everything when it comes to working out & nutrition. I was VERY intimidated trying HIIT training but Jenny makes you feel comfortable while also pushing you to jump the next hurdle in your fitness journey. And she listens!! Sometimes I push myself too much all week & I at walk into my last class of the week and ask to just concentrate on my trouble areas and we DO!! I've gone from a size 12 to size 4/6 in less than 9 months- she's the best!!

My Personal Trainer was Christopher. I am in Chicago for an assignment with work. I have never had a personal trainer before, figured it was something i didnt need. I then researched trainers and came across Chris page on Craigslist. I read his add and seen his transformation he made which inspired me to want someone like that who personally made that huge change of being obese to fit. I am average build and was looking to be more fit. Chris offered a complementary workout which immediately sold me. I purchased a 5 week session of 3 days a week which Chris was able to offer not only a physical change but also mental as well as offered dietary advise and consultation. I was so please with his services and his ability to connect with someone on a training level and also build a friendship at the same time that I recommended a co worker. My co worker joined and began to train with me during my time frame which made it even better. I wish I could find a trainer in my home state of NY, however that would be asking to clone someone because that level of commitment, honesty, motivation and share basic humanity comes very rare. I feel so fortunate to have met Bob. I was in a car accident and having terrible back issues. I was under the care of a pain management specialist and still not getting much relief. I decided to start training with Bob to build my core strength. He reviewed my MRI and we started a training program. I cant believe how much better I am feeling. I used to have consistent back pain and now I only have a bad day here and there. I started because of my back issues but I continue training because I am amazed at how far I have come and realize when I don't train my back starts bothering me and the sciatica returns. I didn't go into this to lose weight or get a toned body. I just wanted to feel better. The bonus is I have lost weight lost inches and I really enjoy getting these weekly workouts in. I love that Bob is always there for you, listens to your concerns, modifies exercises for your health concerns and always has great motivating suggestions. He always has a great variety of workouts and his quick wit will keep you on your toes.

Fuel your training workouts have been a super positive experience for me! My friend and I were working out with another trainer at the gym and the trainer suddenly stopped answering our calls. Vera and I are good friends and we use the workouts to push each other and connect on a weekly basis. FYT came to our rescue!! Linda and Johnny realized that what we need is a total body workout and proceeded to teach us about proper nutrition and habits. I am inspired each week to keep this up and further challenge myself the rest of the week Cardio Cardio Cardio !!! Linda is our primary trainer who is very informed and motivating! Being a novice in gym workouts, I decided to take help of fitness trainer, Tyrone Walton. I have attended a total of 5 early morning sessions with him till now and all of them are really helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me through the exercises during the sessions. We do have light friendly conversations during the sessions which make them even more effective. The gym itself is very clean and rarely crowded. Also, I find workouts to be appropriate to my level of fitness. Tyrone has a very sound strategy to slowly pace yourself to muscle building. In a nutshell, I will highly recommend Tyrone's fruitful personal training sessions to others and I myself is excited to keep working out with him.
