My partner and I had never been to any kind of counseling or therapy, but wanted to have a positive pre-martial counseling experience. Giulia has been a real gem. We're so happy with her professional yet personal demeanor and how comfortable we feel in sessions with her.
I wanted to take a moment to get real with all of you. Those of you closest to me know I struggle sometimes and most of you know I have been carrying around a lot of extra "stuff" lately with my kids etc and it can get stressful. However I have started hypnotherapy a few weeks ago, as well as some reiki therapy. Renee Oswald Has been helping me and all I can say is wow. First off she is wonderful, very patient and really for her it's all about helping other people. I have a couple more sessions, but will continue because it is the first time in a long time I have started feeling better about myself and situation. We are all going to be faced with difficult stressful times throughout our lives, but there is no need to go through them alone. Reach out for help, get a support system, and most importantly take care of yourself. If you would like any additional info or questions please message me. I would love to share. Love and light xoxo ❤❤ happy Friday everyone!!! - Michelle Warden Porzio
Cori has been amazing to work with over the last few years and really opened my eyes to therapy. Cori was warm, gracious, and easy to talk to which made sessions easier to open up and feel more comfortable. She also was a good listener and able to highlight strengths that you had in difficult situations as well as tracking/benchmarking the progress you have made. I would highly recommend asking for Cori when making your first appointment!
I can only recommend Therapy with Katerina. With her guidance I see now things differently and I am at much better place.
I think Kate is an exceptional therapist. She has a beautiful combination of warmth and empathy along with being exceptionally smart, nuanced and creative. She has been in the world in so many ways, all of which contribute to her unique ability to connect with anyone! She’s passionate about her work and committed to helping her clients achieve their therapy goals.

Jade is a kind and supportive listener. It was through art therapy with jade that I felt empowered to delve into the arts, self expression, and being ok with all emotions. I highly recommend jade.
I've been to other therapists (at other hospitals), and Dr. Holec with Resilience Psychological Services, by far, proved to be the most helpful of them all. She is compassionate, relatable, and easy to talk to. She has a flexible schedule. She is knowledgeable on various therapy methods. She provided me with the resources and support I needed during several challenges I experienced. It is obvious that Dr. Holec is passionate about the work she does. I would highly recommend Dr. Holec!
I work with adults and teens and focus on clients' experience of substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and the variety of behaviors we turn to when we feel powerless or misunderstood. My style is inclusive and genuine, I am licensed in Illinois and California, and I have advanced training in attachment-based and trauma-informed psychotherapy. I believe that the experience of being seen, heard, and supported by another person allows us to feel safe. In this space, we develop self-expression without fear of rejection, we establish more healthy boundaries in our relationships, and receive support in managing treatment and sobriety, so we don't have to go at it alone.
I am a very friendly, compassionate musician and energy healer combining Reiki with music and sound to help you relax, heal, feel free of stress and worry as well as start to see the natural beauty of life and participate in the universal flow. I provide a multidimensional Reiki treatment. I combine my natural and intuitive Reiki healing services (trained to the second degree) with my intuitive music abilities. I also use my goddess energy and connection to the energy to create special aromatherapy or herbal blends to help you heal and feel strength, connecting you to the earth and the natural flow of life. In a session with me, you will experience true relaxation, pain relief, loss of stress, a change in your attitude and viewpoint and a sense of gratitude for your life and your abilities, whatever they may be. You will feel a sense of harmony and strength, and this will continue with you throughout your days, giving you hope and inspiration to change your habits in order to become a more easygoing, peaceful person. As a lover of music, I will use appropriate recorded music, play life music that is tailored to your healing session and send you home with frequency/sound exercises that will help energize you throughout the day as well as help you sleep and help you meditate. Blessings, light and love, Sammi

Hello! My name is Herbert, and my passion in life is to provide not just a massage but a way to help those who are suffering from chronic pain due to trauma or bad posture, which most often causes pain with the activities of daily life. As a therapist, I know that massage therapy is not the cure for all things, but as a therapist, I only want to bring into light an alternative when all else seem to fail. How? By self-educating our clients about their own body, posture and gait by providing positive results through positive reinforcement that only comes from a human touch. I know that with my positive attitude and my focus and attention to detail, acquired while in the military, and zeal for helping others make me the type of therapist who will surely assist you resolve any issue that you may have; this is my pledge.
