Vaughn is not only a fantastic teacher but a great musical friend! He is so responsive to your goals with the guitar while also giving great new suggestions to help you broaden your horizons. He takes his time getting to know your musical background and lets you decide what you want your lessons to look like. He's super professional yet friendly and is incredibly knowledgeable about guitar and music theory. He focuses more on rhythm and the theory behind the music which fosters an environment where mistakes aren't penalized. I've had music teachers in the past focus more on accuracy which takes away from the joy of playing an instrument, but every lesson with Vaughn has been super fun and educational! He is super encouraging and I can't recommend him enough! In just a few short months, there's already a massive difference in the way I play the guitar.
