Steve is the first hypnotherapist I've ever seen. He is one of the most sincere therapist's I've ever interacted with. He listened. I had an issue which had plagued me for nearly five years. I sought medical advice. I sought talk therapy advice. Neither worked for me. Hypnotherapy has some scientific bases. So as a last-ditch effort I reached out to Steve via Thumbtack. Steve got back with me quickly, was located near my home, and could see me rather quickly. We met once a week for 4 or 5 weeks then spaced our sessions further apart. Over the course of that time I didn't see a lot of improvement but I stuck with it. Keeping in contact with Steve outside of our sessions regarding successes and failures. He would always respond. I would give him honest feedback. Then it happened. The issue I had dealt with for nearly five years resolved itself and melted away. Hypnosis works and Steve is a great practitioner. Would I go back? Absolutely!

I started seeing Cori when I was at a very low point in my life with my marriage, self- esteem and relationships. I did not know much about Cori other than her credentials and was a bit unsure on how to select a therapist. I admit I was a bit apprehensive and was not sure what to expect but all of my angst disappeared after my first session with Cori! She was great and listened to me and never made me feel embarrassed, uneasy or nervous. I loved that she was able to articulate my feelings and help me see things clearly during my sessions. The “homework” or “Food for Thought” exercises were also incredibly helpful in showing me measurable progress, which steered me in a positive direction. I enjoyed going to my sessions and never felt they were painful thus, I was always eager to go back. Cori takes a very client centered approach and assists you in determining your needs and aspirations. I highly recommend Cori and the aspect of counseling to anyone that is experiencing a rough patch - “She is a ray of sunshine during your storm."

I wanted to take a moment to get real with all of you. Those of you closest to me know I struggle sometimes and most of you know I have been carrying around a lot of extra "stuff" lately with my kids etc and it can get stressful. However I have started hypnotherapy a few weeks ago, as well as some reiki therapy. Renee Oswald Has been helping me and all I can say is wow. First off she is wonderful, very patient and really for her it's all about helping other people. I have a couple more sessions, but will continue because it is the first time in a long time I have started feeling better about myself and situation. We are all going to be faced with difficult stressful times throughout our lives, but there is no need to go through them alone. Reach out for help, get a support system, and most importantly take care of yourself. If you would like any additional info or questions please message me. I would love to share. Love and light xoxo ❤❤ happy Friday everyone!!! - Michelle Warden Porzio

I began working with Frank when the physical therapy, nutritional program, and supplements failed to address my debilitating sciatica. To my surprise, the pains completely disappeared after taking the homeopathic remedy he recommended. Since then, I have had similar results when I developed arthritic pains in both elbows, which I’m happy to say have gone away completely and never returned!

Dr. Mecozzi is a gifted speaker! His skills as an instructor are based on his extensive knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and his commitment to students as future practitioners. ACT is a complex and intricate model, but Dr. Mecozzi knows how to make it accessible to the audience. Mike's approach is organized, his style is pragmatic, and he is also very funny and approachable. He is engaging and energetic! My students loved him.

I've been to other therapists (at other hospitals), and Dr. Holec with Resilience Psychological Services, by far, proved to be the most helpful of them all. She is compassionate, relatable, and easy to talk to. She has a flexible schedule. She is knowledgeable on various therapy methods. She provided me with the resources and support I needed during several challenges I experienced. It is obvious that Dr. Holec is passionate about the work she does. I would highly recommend Dr. Holec!

Hello! My name is Herbert, and my passion in life is to provide not just a massage but a way to help those who are suffering from chronic pain due to trauma or bad posture, which most often causes pain with the activities of daily life. As a therapist, I know that massage therapy is not the cure for all things, but as a therapist, I only want to bring into light an alternative when all else seem to fail. How? By self-educating our clients about their own body, posture and gait by providing positive results through positive reinforcement that only comes from a human touch. I know that with my positive attitude and my focus and attention to detail, acquired while in the military, and zeal for helping others make me the type of therapist who will surely assist you resolve any issue that you may have; this is my pledge.
