Everyone wants to read that Rob gets results, and yes that is absolutely true so let's start there. And he ensures everyone gets noticeable results very quickly. Beyond being an excellent results-driven trainer, Rob is very low-stress, focused on health, and keeps a positive attitude with his clients. I also enjoy working with his group fitness classes as he takes pride in working with NORMAL PEOPLE and gives them reasonable goals step-by-step until reaching an optimal fitness goal - which is how he keeps his clients long term and instills a drive to JUST KEEP GOING! Rob is easy to work with so there is no quitting attitude because it was way too much to handle (or too little) - he truly finds a perfect balance for every workout. My personal results with Rob was from very out of shape to very in-shape in 6 months time - with about 40 pounds lost (and dropped about half of that in the first 6-8 weeks - and I'm not much of a dieter). Rob is also very, very reasonably priced and not greedy - despite being in an industry where he could very easily charge a lot more for what he does. I would not work with any other trainer and I whole-heartedly recommend him to everyone. I never had a thought about working with a trainer until Rob approached me on a treadmill in 2009. Thanks, Rob, for 6 awesome years now!

First and foremost I like that Chad truly listens to what my husband and I say. For example, if we mention wanting to work on something or that some body part is having an issue, the next workout he brings in ideas based on research and reading he has done regarding what we mentioned. We learn so much about fitness from Chad and are workouts are tailored to what we have requested and are just the right level of difficulty for us.
I discovered Jenise through thumbtack and by reading reviews about her. I had been seeking for a personal trainer. After my initial consultation, I knew that she was the trainer for me. To give an overview of my fitness level: I am 26. I am a non-athlete. Actually, I’m pretty uncoordinated and clumsy and have never regularly exercised before. I love yoga but I also never got into doing it regularly enough. Its rare to get the motivation for me to get up and go to the gym which is why I chose to seek a personal trainer that can come to me and give me an individualized service. When I contacted Jenise, she offered for a consultation and to see my goals and ultimately see if my schedule will fit in with hers. I should have worn appropriate clothing at that time to do a fitness assessment… nevertheless, after booking she came to me for the assessment, measurements, and weigh-in. We completed 12 sessions in a 1 month period. Just like learning a new skill or a language or an insurance for a healthier life in the future— every penny is worth it. If I could afford it, I would for sure continue working out with Jenise 3 times a week all my life!! But this has been a really great stepping stone to a STRONGER me. The workouts as other reviews mention are different each time although during every session you focus on different parts of the body. Usually you do one session focusing on lower body, one on upper body and one focusing on the core. She makes sure that your workout is high-intensity and always adds new moves or gadgets to the workouts to make it fun. Boxing, resistance training outside in the neighborhood, when the weather is nice, were some of the highlights for me. Even though, I liked the convenience of her coming to me.. I also liked going to her location at the end of the week to top off my workout and get the MOST out of my weekly workouts. Her gym has all the equipment needed to kick butt. She really understands the anatomy and where your weaknesses lie as a unique individual. She builds your workouts according to these and changes the number of repetitions or the amount of weight as necessary during the workout. She watches you closely on your form and ensures you get the most out of every exercise. I personally never liked working out because I never knew how to. I knew I had terrible form and didn’t know how to fix it. Jenise became a teacher to me and showed me how to properly lift. She also always reminded me to breathe when I exerted energy (I tend to hold my breath when I lift .. its no bueno!) Now I see that I have made progress and I have learned proper form, I am keen to continue with it. My 12 sessions came to an end last week. I would 100% renew more sessions with Jenise if it weren’t for my mother looking to join a gym with me. Right now, my finances and time aren’t allowing me to afford both, but I know for certain Jenise and I will be training again in the future. I can tell she has made a STRONGER me and I don’t want to lose any of what I have worked for this past month! If you are hesitant, I get that. Truly. But give it a shot. Jenise is wonderful. Trust her, she knows exactly what you need. I'm so glad I trusted her on this journey. I highly recommend CW3 to everyone!
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!

I took 10 self-defense classes with Anthony and it was an amazing learning experience and workout. He took the time to make sure all our techniques were solid and then built on that, regardless of skill level. He let the class run away with the fun occasionally but other than that, his classes were everything I was hoping for.
I have used Jones4Fitness for about three years now. Chris has developed an exercise plan that fits my life style and age, which is in my early 60's. I am most impressed with the tips he has offered about nutrition. His daily updates always give me something to think about on how to better improve my lifestyle. I have called him a number of times and he has always taken the time to help me thru a difficult time and to get back on track. Chris has an easy going style so I have never felt pressured but only encouraged to continue with his plans for me. I would high recommend him and his company for all your health and fitness needs.
I strongly recommend Shawn as your personal trainer. I am a 37 year old with a very sedentary job and completely out of shape . I have been working with Shawn for 6 weeks, thrice a week. My problem with a one size fitness program like p90x or a group class is that I cannot actually do them - i either injure myself or get so exhausted I cant do my work - so I can stick to a program and dont see results. Shawn took all of this into account and designed a custom program for me. He pushes me (but not to break point), mixes up the routine (that helps me stay interested) and offers a good explanation for why I am doing something. The diet plan is great. He is very professional and will email you meeting requests to schedule time and is on time for class. Thanks to Shawn, 6 weeks of rigorous exercise is the most I have done in my life - I hope to keep this streak going.
Silvia is both a delight to work with and a professional in every sense of the word. She knows her stuff, plans ahead, shows up on time, and is unfailingly encouraging and constructive. I have used her both to help me start a neighborhood fitness class and to give water aerobics training to my disabled husband.
There is so much to say about Let's Go Fitness gym. It's clean, professional, with experienced trainers. It really feels like a family. Omg, my personal trainer Stacy is the BEST!! She motivates, encourages and is my biggest fan. She is one tough cookie when it comes to whipping you into shape but is always pleasant.

I decided I needed one-on-one support to help reach my health goals, because I wasn't motivated enough to do it on my own, nor did I really know where to start with exercising. I also had a few back issues and I was concerned I might hurt myself if I didn't exercise properly. As soon as I started my workout sessions with Denise, I learned quickly that I was working with a real professional with an incredible wealth of fitness knowledge and a truly personalized approach to my fitness needs. She did a thorough fitness evaluation and listened to what I was hoping to get out of her services. Each session was customized to me- she adapted exercises when needed but she also challenged me to push through and work harder than I ever would on my own or in a group class. Denise is very professional, compassionate, attentive and motivating. Her studio is very inviting and she uses a variety of equipment as needed. I really appreciate her approach to whole health- not just physical fitness. She has provided nutrition consultations and is helping me focus to improve my well being for long term health! By the way, once my Groupon sessions ended, I was so happy with my experience that I have continued to work with Denise! I highly recommend her to any one of any size, age or ability! I decided to hire Alexey after I have been going to the gym for years. I have a naturally thin frame and it was very difficult for me to put on muscle, especially the booty area. I know Alex for couple years as a talented and skilled martial arts professional and also a great fitness instructor. Both self and my son are trained by him at Master Lee's Martial Arts Taekwondo school of Sterling,VA. We are very happy we met him so he explained and helped a lot to be well-trained and feel much better about many things.
