I met Silvia 2 1/2 years ago. I had a 5yr. old and a 4 yr. old. It was time to get back into shape! All I wanted to be able to do is hold my own body weight in a plank. Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.

It is so hard to keep me motivated to go to the gym on a weekly basis but having Danny on my calendar helps me to stay focus during the week as I get ready to attend our small group training sessions. Danny is epitome of professionalism. He is is very knowledge about fitness, nutrition and proper technique and is very punctual. I can still remember my first group training session with Danny, and it was around Thanksgiving and boy, my body was so sore for about 3 days after out session that I refused to indulge in the festivities because it hurt to breath or get up to make a plate but I didn’t want to gain 1 ounce of fat from eating poorly. Danny is awesome, I wish I could attend more than 1 or 2 classes per week him. His classes are like a boot camp and the results are visible quickly even from attending as little as once a week for about 7 weeks. Just follow his instructions and watch your caloric intake. I recommend Daniel highly for your personal training needs. Good luck on your journey.

I encourage you to work with Doug as a personal trainer. Doug is my 16 year old daughter's personal sport trainer. He has been working with her for two months. My daughter has a goal of losing weight, gaining speed and improving her flexibility to be a better athlete. Doug took the time to find exercises/routines that hit all of her goals. He understood how to motivate her and push her. He varied the locations of the work outs from the gym to the local park or boot camp workouts in his studio. We look forward to working with him.

I enjoyed training with Coach. She listened to my needs and worked at my level and pushed me out my comfort zone. She also took the time to ensure I was using the correct form to prevent injury. As we performed each exercise she explained which body part I was working. Not to mention, the encouranging and motivationing words she spewed when I felt like giving up. After my workout, I was sore for the next several days. She talked about the importance of my eating to be used to fuel my body. I think I made a great decision when I decided to train with her. I started attending Manny’s 5 am, Tuesday and Thursday boot camp class the last week of June, 2012. In the beginning, I was so out of shape I wanted to give up the class completely. My continuing is a testament to Manny’s unique balance knowledge, professionalism, energy and personality. It confirms that he has chosen the correct line of work and is truly a master of his craft. Since I began, I have never been disappointed in boot camp; in fact, it is something I truly look forward to!! I truly feel as though, with Manny’s help, my life has been fundamentally changed for the better. I’m sure I was on my way to having a stroke or heart attack, due to the lack of a regular exercise program and motivation. Because of Manny’s boot camp, daily I feel alive and full of energy. I am so grateful for Kris and this boot camp. He has a great balance between pushing the participants to max themselves out without over doing it. He's also creative in the different routines he comes up with which keeps things interesting. I also appreciate the way he engages outside of class about how to pursue a healthy diet. I would never do the kind of workouts we do on my own. It can be painful. But because of Kris, I actually look forward to it.

It was 2009 when I first started getting fit and it was to make a complete lifestyle change. I was a smoker and weighed close to 200 pounds. My experience at the gym was zero and I had a recent injury to my neck. After watching Kim work with others at the gym I decided she was the Personal Trainer for me. Kim recognized my injury and limitations and found ways to teach me how to safely perform exercises that I could easily do and practice on my own. And as we progressed over our sessions she mixed up those exercises and routines to challenge and motivate me and keep me interested in staying fit. Kim gave me great suggestions about making good food choices and how to stay well fueled before and after workouts. Overall I lost 53 pounds and reduced my 33% body fat to a healthy 22% My success with Kim continues as I am back working with her again after two years on my own to correct some bad habits and to get more out of my golf game. I have no doubts and am confident that her new routines will get me to my fitness and golf goals.

I can't speak highly enough about the Boot Camp Girl program and my experience with Stephanie and her coaches. I became a member about 9 months ago, and was not the least bit physically fit, nor did I care much about my nutritional health. I was the heaviest I'd ever been at 203 pounds. While I played indoor soccer once a week, my strength was nil and I didn't feel great when I looked in the mirror. Fast-forward to today and I'm quickly approaching 180 pounds, a weight I haven't seen since my 20's, a long time ago. I'm much stronger, and have more endurance when I play soccer. While I indulge in an occasional beer and other foods that aren't so healthy, I am much more vigilant about what I eat. Emmanuel set up a very affordable "boot camp" in Silver Spring, Maryland. Emmanuel's boot camp helped me to build up endurance and to stop finding excuses for everything. Even though the course was 8 weeks long, I feel as though it was not enough. By the end of the boot camp I had built up my endurance to where I wanted it to be and I met some good people in the process. Emmanuel never kept the group waiting and he always had water and snacks available at the end of each session. If I were able to listen to my music the whole way through, the boot camp would've been perfect. Unfortunately, Emmanuel did not let that happen for obvious reasons (I needed to pay attention).

I started 2016 like anyone else: with big goals for myself regarding my weight and fitness. I found myself in a spot where I was completely unhappy with my body but I tried for the first few months to make the necessary changes on my own. By April I realized I hadn't made the progress I wanted, and I was still unsure of how to achieve my goals. I started training with Alan at the end of that month and have continued ever since. From day 1, Alan has made sure that I did not hurt myself while working with him, I learned from each of our workouts, and pushed me each and every session. Third, my safety at all times is always Alan's upmost concern. I have been working with Alee for a year now, started with online training then I started attending weekly boot camp classes. Alee has a great background and the education about physical fitness, sports and weight management and she does a good job with teaching you about fitness along your journey. What I like most about Alee’s training guidance is that she keeps the exercises interesting and challenging at the same time. She did a great job tailoring the program to my needs and adjusting them if need be. Alee is very creative and helped me to learn new exercises with limited equipment. She has also helped me to debunk the myths about women lifting heavy weights. Once I followed Alee’s program I was able to break my long plateau. I have been very active all of my life, however I am now in the best shape of my life. I am 25lbs down, 10% body fat reduction, more muscle mass. I am also stronger and faster than I have ever been. I will continue to work with Alee to supersede my fitness goals, and begin to train with her one on one!!!
