I have had the opportunity to eat some of the wonderful and delightful dishes that the chef prepared and I have to admit I enjoyed every bite. See, I am from the south and we are particular in our food being flavorful, and the food, I must say was on point. I highly recommend 2 Pieces of Bread.
I can not begin to express my gratitude for Lori. I hired her a year ago to do a gluten free wedding cake and cupcakes for our guests. She invited us to her home for a wonderful cake tasting and it just got better from there. She kept in touch and was helpful with ideas and suggestions whenever I needed her. The day of the wedding she showed up early with a cake and cupcakes that were way more than what I had expected. I was just floored by how amazing everything looked. She even baked us a one year anniversary cake to freeze. In summary: --my husband got a gluten free cake that 1) didn't make him sick, 2) was beautiful, and 3)tasted like regular cake --PLUS we had amazing cupcakes and a BONUS cake --Best of al, everything was cheaper than what I was looking to pay for JUST the wedding cake with 4 other bakers I spoke with -- Icing on the cake ~ Lori was absolutely wonderful to work with. I am very blessed that she was one of the vendors involved in my wedding. THANK YOU!
Polly Smith of Necessary Catering is polite, professional, friendly, and most importantly and incredible chef!! I can personally recommend several of her dishes as my all time favorites including the shrimp and grits, lobster bisque, and seafood pie. Her expert use of spices and seasonings combined with the freshest ingredients, sets her apart from the other caterers out there. Her cuisine is restaurant quality at a fraction of the cost.
