I actually work in the fitness industry, and I was looking for a very specific type of trainer/training. Before I started working out with Matt, I did quite a bit of research, because I was looking for a trainer who knew his stuff (who could teach me a thing or two), and was motivating enough to push me a little harder than I would push myself. He had such a loyal following of clients, and they all said the same thing... He kicks your butt, and you still want to come back later that week and hang out with him! I can honestly say I love the results I have gotten from his training, and I have never looked better. He competes as a natural bodybuilder, so he not only looks the part, but he knows what works and what doesn't, and he doesn't waste your time! I appreciate that he walks the walk, and he is honest about the fact that there aren't any shortcuts. He's so real about his approach, he makes you believe you can reach any goal, and he makes you put in the work! Training with him was definitely one of the best investments I have ever made in myself. I would recommend him to anyone, and all his clients would tell you the same! His schedule fills up fairly quickly, but he is great about getting me on his set schedule at the same days/times during the month, and I really appreciate that! When I need to, he is SO good about working with me and my somewhat difficult schedule. I have never had to miss a workout! Do yourself a favor, and book with him while you can. I can't say enough good things about him and his training!
I have been using Chad's online training program and it is going very well! The technology is easy to use and it makes my workouts easy to get in and done because I don't have to think about the exercises to do. The workouts are challenging and total body but achievable and after 5 weeks I am seeing results I am excited about. Chad is an excellent trainer in that he is consistent and motivating in his own unique way. You get a genuine spirit with Chad and someone who really cares about you progress in your fitness pursuits.
Over the last year and a half Jon has helped me make huge strides towards being a happier healthier me. Jon is a fantastic motivator and an even better supporter. He truly has a great passion for helping people find their drive to be better and it shows in his training.
Jill is great! She doesn't take any crap and won't give you any crap. She coaches you so you truly understand what you're doing with weight training, cardio, and food, instead of just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it. Jill will push you but she keeps your goals realistic and is never harsh or abrasive. I'm a big fan!
Cori is my remote trainer (meaning we don't live in the same city but she programs for me and I follow her workouts at my personal gym). I youtube my lifts so she can critique my form and provide feedback on my technique. Cori's very good about treating her clients as a whole human - not only programming workouts that increase strength on a physical level but also working with clients emotionally to ensure they are living their best quality of life. It's also very encouraging that Cori lives the life herself - she works out HARD - she works with a trainer herself and lives the life - she is the product. Working with Cori and Safe Fitness has pushed me to #liveunlocked and push myself to my full potential. It's not easy. I work my tail off to complete the workouts. But it's worth it. I have been seeing Ted for a few weeks now, and he is a very down to earth, easy to learn from guy! He challenges me while still caring about where I am currently at with the process. He manages our time well and utilizes many aspects to help me reach my goals. He has a great knowledge base to pull from for the overall process of working out, eating better and improving my lifestyle...which is what we are working on now. I would recommend Ted to anyone, as he has been great to work with and I look forward to our sessions together!
Brooke does a excellent job training and explaining what muscle each exercise works and why it is so important. She also does a outstanding job motivating and pushing you to achieve your goals. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a trainer!
