Chef Polly with Necessary Catering is awesome. The food was excellent, prepared properly. Her food knowledge was off the charts. Presentations were beautiful. She makes good down south soul food with love and healthy dishes for vegan or someone who is watching what they eat. She can prepare anything. I would recommend Necessary Catering to do any event you have planned.
I wanted to have a relaxing dinner party with friends (8) and got just that. Brandon was awesome to work with, very professional and an amazing chef. I have an extreme dairy allergy and he had no issue making an entire dairy free meal. During the planning process I wasnt sure about the salad dressing because in the past I always hated this particular vinegarette. I decided to trust the chef. He came with the discussed dressing (which was really good) and 2 other options just to make sure I was happy. Everyone LOVED the food. So flavorful and great combinations. There wasn't a single menu item that was disliked by anyone. He came fully prepared, delivered an amazing dinner and left my kitchen as clean as it was before he got there. I would definitely recommend and hire again!
An amazing in-home experience for our daughter’s birthday party with friends!!
Joan cooks 4 meals a week for 3 of us. She is very personable and flexible and is a great cook! Love the homecooked meals for our busy house. Overall, this is worth it financially because it costs less than when we were buying groceries and eating out more.
I attended a wedding that Chef Locke catered, and it was by far the best catering I ever tasted. From presentation to quantity to quality everything first rate! His services would be highly recommended.
I had to plan a sorority brunch two weeks before the event was planned to occur and Jerry was super easy to work with. He not only worked with my schedule on short notice, but he was willing to help make our budget work and gave us a great meal! I would definitely consider him for future events, and will recommend him to other people for their events big or small.
He catered a late night event in Springfield, Mo a few months back. I was sceptical at first because I have a simple staple of what I eat (I'm kinda picky...), but the Osceola cheeses and homemade blackening spice he used on the chicken was spot on! He also had summer sausage that he made that went really well with the pineapple Dijon while we we where waiting for the blackened thighs and legs. Great night for all!
