Training with LifeStyle Fitness was some of the hardest but most rewarding times physically for me. Ken did a great job of incorporating different exercises and equipment to keep each workout fresh and fun. He also did a great job of using the outside landscape to add in small hills and obstacle courses that allowed the scenery to change. Ken allowed each individual to work at his/her own physical level, but would push you forward when needing the extra encouragement without taking excuses. If you want a great overall physical workout that will burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time, go with LifeStyle Fitness.

Before I used Eric's services and in-depth knowledge for my gains, I was your typical female who suffered with bloating and living with it, eating far too much protein and thinking I was being good and just overweight, unhappy and unhealthy without even knowing it! About seven months ago, i realized that I had to get in shape as my physical strength and fitness were disappointing, and of course undesired weight gain. So, I approached Element Fitness Center where, i started my fitness training with Marco. He has been a great coach and mentor teaching and also explaining theory behind all the activities, including dietary aspects of health. Not only does he provide the regular training , he is an excellent records keeper. He kept the charts and data of my progress. Seeing the upward trend in my improvement encouraged me a lot to work hard and with commitment. He is very committed for my progress. Not only he trains, he also is a role-model with his own fitness attainment and that really encouraged and resonated with me to put my utmost efforts. Additionally, he is very well versed in anatomical details and explains the working of muscles, so, as a trainee, i benefited a lot knowing why and how we do certain workouts etc. It was a commitment but a pleasant one and i always looked forward to my training sessions. There is so much to physical fitness than I did not even comprehend before. I could not have done it on my own.
After hearing about Custom Fittness Consulting from a friend and reading other reviews, I decided to give the training/diet programs a try to boost my fitness level and get in better shape and CFC did just that. Adam was both encouraging and helpful.. I found the programs easy to follow, but I was still able to step out of my comfort zone by trying new workouts and I began seeing progress within just a few weeks. In the past, it has been difficult for me to eat a balanced diet because I am vegan, which eliminates a lot of foods I can eat.. but Adam was accommodating with my meal plan and made sure I got the right amount of all my macros. Overall, this is a great company and I've had nothing but positive experiences in training with them! They work with people of all levels of fitness and can help you reach any goal you're working towards. If/when I decide to do a fitness show in the future, Adam will be the first one I call!
Nate is an excellent trainer. He can assess skill level and alter training to specific needs. I am training for a triathlon and he was able to show me how to do stability exercises and weight routines that were beyond just the standard swim, bike, run regimen. He also had great nutrition tips. He was able to come to the gym at my apartment complex and work with my crazy schedule, which was very convenient for me (a mom of two toddlers!). I highly recommend Nate.
Hard workouts, with a lot of attention to posture so we don't get hurt. Classes are very diverse so it never gets boring. JR has a lot of knowledge on nutrition as well, so it's the perfect combination for people looking forward to transform their bodies and lifestyle!
