Latest Review: I have taken yoga with Amy for over a year, including while I was pregnant. Amy's class is always an excellent mix of relaxation and challenge, and she knows how to tailor each class based on the needs and level/skill of her students. She also very skilled at suggesting poses for injury and/or to address aches and pains. For prenatal yoga, specifically, I found her to be very knowledgeable about poses and modifications, and I always walked away with a challenging and satisfying class. I highly recommend taking yoga with Amy!
