1.Describe a recent change you feel has come about due to your participation in the group. There have been many good changes in my attitude and behavior toward others and during stressful situations. I believe I'm more aware of the effect my actions and attitude have on others. 2. How long did it take you to realize this change? It took me around 1 month before I really started to grasp and accept that I did have some issues that needed to be dealt with. 3. How did being in the group get you started to do this type of work on yourself? At first I thought that being placed in this program was just a punishment. After a few weeks of listening to the lessons from Mr. Reginald I started recognizing behaviors in myself that I was not proud of and knew I had to change for the better. I have learned new skills to better understand how to respond with intellect instead of emotion. 4. Do you see yourself using the skills provided and has some area of your life changed due to using Information presented in the group sessions? I have already began using skills I have learned during group like communicating better instead of keeping everything inside until I feel like I cant take it anymore. My family life has been so much better since my classes at agape. They have said I'm a lot more pleasant to be around and seem to have a better outlook on life. 5. What types of participants do you feel the facilitator works with best? I have met a lot of people while in this program and feel the teacher worked well with everyone who would try to understand the lesson. For those who thought they were justified in their situation the teacher always tried to get them to understand another point of view. Mr. Reginald definitely changed my thoughts on the class. 6. What advice would you give a person looking to choose a provider of this service in your area? I would tell that person to enroll in agape because the instructor is well informed and can explain the lessons in a manner you can relate.
Mike Lewis is a very knowledgable personal trainer. He takes the time to adapt workouts to your fitness level whether you're an athlete or a couch potato. He pushes you so you can achieve your goals. He gives you confidence that your goals are within your reach. Each workout is different...no chance to get "bored" with the same workout. He's very personable and takes the time to make sure you're properly doing the exercises safely so to not injure yourself. Always willing to answer questions/concerns about exercises or diet. I trained with him 1:1 as well as bootcamp and looked forward to going every time. When I went on vacation for 2 weeks he took the time to write a plan for me while I was on the road. I've seen him train with all shapes, sizes, ages while I was in bootcamp and was impressed by his ability to meet everyone's needs no matter what their ability. I gained enough confidence to do two 5k's and he was waiting at the finish line both times cheering me on!! Mike Lewis is AWESOME!!
Miles' approach to helping me achieve my fitness goals has been absolutely amazing. My training session are hard work but a lot of fun and I am seeing results in all the areas I told him I wanted to improve and strengthen. Miles is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions I've had. He also created a meal plan for me so I can stay on target without having to put much thought into my diet and he has always worked with my busy schedule to make sure I'm able to get in my workouts and continue making progress in improving my health. If you're looking to successfully achieve your fitness goals I highly recommend Miles and his entire team at Forge Fitness. They know what they are doing and they make sweating a blast!
Tony is an outstanding trainer! I came to him wanting to drop my gut and gain the muscle mass any guy wants to achieve. After meeting and seeing what I am capable of, he set me up with a great workout that combined the cardio and weight training I need to complete my goals. He's willing to help and listen to your needs and goals as long as you put forth the effort and discipline he's expecting. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape.
I have been working with Becca for almost a year now. She was my intern at Wichita State University, and is know a member of the Forge Fitness team. She has a degree in Exercise Science and is incredibly knowledgeable regarding exercise programming and strength training. Her clients absolutely love her, which is easy to do considering her enthusiasm and compassion toward whomever she is working with. They are not just clients to her, they are family. There are many things about Cindy that make her a great fitness coach but one that stands out is her formal training and education. She has a very good understanding of human anatomy and is conscientious that all forms of exercise be executed properly for maximum effectiveness without risk of injury. She is constantly researching new techniques and tools to keep her clients motivated and engaged. She is mindful of any past or existing injury and will often offer alternative techniques based on client ability. She is never condescending or judgmental and is always encouraging! She is skilled at instruction of small to large groups or one-on-one training. She is personable and can connect with all age ranges and/or physical abilities. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to start or improve their fitness routine!
My first experience with Kacey's training was when she trained my 101 year old Father. She would come to his home & help him with what we would consider simple exercises, but for him were vital to him being able to move comfortably and keep his mind active. Her professional & caring manner were appreciated not only by him, but my sisters & me as well. Later I started taking Pilates w/Kacey, and after a year decided I wanted personal training as well. It has been fantastic. Kacey is very conscientious about not pushing me beyond my limits after having had knee & back surgeries. But at the same time encourages me to push myself, knowing more than I what I am capable of doing, and she is always right. I constantly surprise myself with my strength and agility, and see the results of my hard work and her knowledge in my body. I can't say enough what a wonderful trainer & person Kacey is, and I would recommend her highly to anyone, and do.
I came to Inside Out Fitness to "learn to swing kettle bells." Lucky me! I came to the right place! Caleb is encouraging and knowledgeable. I have increased my strength, endurance and mobility. The atmosphere is supportive but challenging. We work hard and have a lot of fun. Can't beat it.
Hands down, no question... Gotime training is there to change your life on every level! They are not the typical "trainers" they care, get to the bottom of why you want/need the change! Id recommend them 100x over!!!
He was very knowledgable of the various exercise & position techniques to fit every person individually. He was very patient with me as I learned the various types of stretches & exercises. Taught at our individual phase. Had great results with his personal training.

I have taken yoga with Amy for over a year, including while I was pregnant. Amy's class is always an excellent mix of relaxation and challenge, and she knows how to tailor each class based on the needs and level/skill of her students. She also very skilled at suggesting poses for injury and/or to address aches and pains. For prenatal yoga, specifically, I found her to be very knowledgeable about poses and modifications, and I always walked away with a challenging and satisfying class. I highly recommend taking yoga with Amy!

Camp Shred offers a different workout everyday so it never gets boring. The trainer Yusef Dibbles teaches you how lift properly. The different workouts ensure that you work all the different muscle groups and that you don't over work any specific muscle group. The people at the camp vary from intense to casual so you can work at your own pace. The workout space is clean and kept organized. When I started, I had to stretch every time I got out of bed or out of the car. Now I don't have to stretch and I've lost 65 pounds.
Jenny has the best experience possible: personal experience and her own journey with disordered eating. She struggled and learned to successfully recover and taught us all a lot about love in the process. I am proud of her success and proud to see her helping others. Personal experience, degree in psychology (with additional master's degree program), intense nutritional study, personal fitness experiences, and a generous, kind heart make her the best coach a person could want. But don't worry, she can assertively teach and motivate you; she's no pushover. Choosing her is choosing to be a healthier you. Don't hesitate; she is worth your time and money.
Julia has been an outstanding trainer for me the girl who has not worked out in 20 years due to a spine injury. When I was cleared to start working out 7 months after my spinal fusion Julia tailor made a work out specific for my needs. I really have been amazed at how far I have come in 7 months and am so happy that Julia has helped me move towards my goal of just getting my life back! She always builds me up and never lets me give up on my self! She always keeps me on my toes by never having a boring workout and pushes me just that little extra when I need a little motivation. I really love working with Julia and cried the day that I could actually lift both of the 25lb weights while working out after not being able to even lift 5lbs when we first started 7 months ago. Julia has truly given me my life back and I would recommended her to anyone who is serious about getting fit and in the best shape ever!
Audrey is always very thorough and very detailed. She's friendly, she takes time to work with everyone and still manages to keep the class moving at a good pace. I always feel great after her classes. Highly recommended!
