Latest Review: I went to a personal trainer at a large gym several years ago and had a horrible experience. Since then I've really struggled with an exercise routine. I've done videos, bought an elliptical and did an hour a day on it, ran, etc and saw little to no results. I had given up when a friend recommended Jill. I was skeptical but decided to try it out anyway. I'm so glad I did! I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm only getting better! On top of being stronger than I've ever been, I have so much more energy and I'm not dreading bathing suit season! I'm getting actual PERSONAL training and though she's very tough she never pushes me too hard. I leave the gym tired and sore but looking forward to the next time I get to go. I would go every day if I could! Oh, and she's always on time and very understanding when you need to change your schedule (or accidentally sleep in- yikes!). Not only has Jill changed my life with fitness but she's also been a really great friend. I 100% recommend her to anyone who's looking for a trainer or wants to take their health to the next level!
