GIna has been my trainer since July of 2014. I started as an out-of-shape new mother that needed a serious confidence boost. I found Gina at the gym that my husband goes to, and started her Boot Camp clases. She did a physical fitness test the first class, then did one two months later to asses my gains. I had lost weight, by BMI had gone down, my cardio was much better, and I excelled in all areas tested including pushups, jump rope, wall sit and plank time. She was so motivational and supportive, walking me through every technique and explaining the benefits of every exercise. I also hired her for personal training to help me with strength and weight lifting. I saw immediate gains in strength and weight loss. She is so knowledgeable about the body and all aspects of physical fitness. She helped me with my food journal, helping me eat healthier and meeting caloric goals. When I had a question I felt I could contact her any time to discuss concerns. I still attend Boot Camp classes twice per week. I love going and look forward to it more every time. Gina is definitely one of the best, I recommend her classes and personal training program to all my friends and family!
Kerry is the best! She makes such an intimidating place and thing not intimidating at all. Totally changed my thought on personal training and nutrition. I like her more during the workout than I do the day after when I actually feel the results of the workout! It's a true sign she is working you hard and you are getting your money worth. She is non judgmental and meets you where you are and works with you on your personal goals. I, obviously, have a long way to go. But, I've also come a long way not only physically but mentally and how I look at food and excercise.

We work and travel to our client's clients homes to oversee their exercise activity, access a client’s fitness and make recommendations on how to improve their fitness and which exercises are best. We ensure that our clients are using proper form when exercising and often encourage them to perform a workout that would exceed what they would do alone.

I'm a certified trainer. Mostly, I stick to strength training, doing most of my fitness in intervals. It's the best and quickest way to burn fat and build muscle. The cardio workouts are put together with study, so my clients get the most out of every workout. Superset cardio with weight training is highly recommended for that perfect beach body.
