"Coach Kate was just who I needed to help me reach my fitness goals. She is upbeat, easy to communicate with, down to earth, meets you where you are in your fitness journey, and wants you to reach your goals just as much as you do. I started working with her a month after my cancer surgery in hopes to gain strength to return to trail running. I was intimidated by strength training, but she started with the basics and helped me advance onto free weights, TRX, and other exercises geared towards trail running. I never once felt uncomfortable for my lack of strength or strength training know-how. She will challenge and encourage you to become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.
