I called and he was willing to get it done when I could be home. He arrived right on time and got the hot water heater out and new one in and think it was only about 2 hrs. Did a great job cleaned up after. He is very nice and will call for any jobs we need to get done. Thanks for the help. He cares about the work he does. Now my husband can come home to hot water after he gets out of the hospital."See more

The plumber , Chris, was professional in everyway; He called the evening before for an overview of our plumbing problem and gave us an idea how long it would take to fix the issue. Explained exactly what the problem was and what they thought would fix the issue best, without costing an arm and a leg. Really appreciated that they were very thorough in making sure the fix worked and that water was flowing smoothly etc. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done, so much easier than trying to get one of the 'bigger' plumbing companies to even just call you back.
