Izzie is a very professional, very knowledgeable instructor. She gives over 100% every session. I have never felt pressured or judged and her absolute positivity radiates and makes you want to do better and more. I have done yoga, meditation, and zumba classes with her and have greatly enjoyed them all. I learn something new every class.

Jodie has created more than a yoga and wellness studio...she has created a place for community and friendship to grow. I have found the variety of classes, teaching styles and personalities in the different classes an awesome addition to my own personal practice. As a student in Supreme Peace's first Yoga Teacher Training, the exposure to the variety is helpful in assisting me with a deeper understanding of the eight limb path and overall philosophy of yoga. I highly recommend Supreme Peace!

Oleg is a very earnest and conscientious teacher of yoga. He is interested in his students' welfare and works hard to ensure that all benefit from the practice of yoga. He demonstrates the poses, helps each student to achieve the correct poses, focuses on proper breathing, energy flow, and smooth transitions. All in all, an excellent teacher of yoga.

About

I was introduced to yoga as a restorative complement to track and cross-country running, both during and after college. I aspire to help people with their own discovery of the strengths and softness that yoga has to offer both on and off the mat through teaching yoga classes. I currently hold a 200-hour yoga alliance certification, in addition to over 50 hours of workshops with various international instructors.

Haylee has been my Pilates instructor for 3 years now. I was referred to her at the time because she had expertise with pregnant clients and rehabilitation for those with injuries. She is upbeat, mindful, but also pushes me to challenge myself without injury. I would recommend her to all my best friends!
