We had a very pleasant experience with Raji and his team. We closed on a home and decided at the last minute before moving in that we wanted to replace the very horrible wood floors in 2 rooms (~450sqft). Raji was able to come out same day I sent an inquiry for an estimate. He answered all our questions, and was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. We were able to schedule pretty immediately. His team finished the job in just over 1 day (1 full day and 2 hours next day). The gentleman who did our floors was so respectful of our space, cleaned up really well after himself, and did such a wonderful job on our floors. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the final project. Should we ever decide to pull up this flooring and repair the original hardwood underneath, Faith Floors will be our first call!

Raji and Team do good work and have great communication. We had a larger job, approximately 1k sq foot demo old sub floor, install new subfloor and then install new flooring, baseboards, and trim. The Team was attentive and responsive to any detail I asked about. Overall, happy with the new flooring and most notably communication and responsiveness from the team.

Raji was excellent - he came out super fast and gave us a great quote, much lower than other quotes we got but still 25 year warranty flooring. We took a while to press go because, life, but he honored the quote a few weeks later and started the following day! Was done in one day and great work - he did at least 1000 sq ft of flooring - 4 bedrooms, hallway, closets, and stairs in carpet and then a master and hall bath in waterproof vinyl. The job is great, was fast, and high value. Could not ask for more!

Hardwood flooring prices vary job to job. A typical refinish is between $3.75-4.25 a square foot. New installs are between $9-and $12, depending on product and species.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a customer at their conveince to find out what type of hardwood flooring work they need accomplished. Then i customize a price and plan to complete their project in a timely manner.
