David is a wonderful teacher. During my first two adult beginner piano lessons, I learned the basics of reading sheet music, and got enough instruction to start practicing at home. I enjoyed the lessons and plan to continue learning with this instructor.
I feel that Justin is a good match for me. I also really appreciate that he is flexible with communication, and is able to respond to texts. He is also the perfect combination of professional and relaxed which helps me to feel comfortable. I’m so glad he is able to teach me vocals and guitar simultaneously. I highly recommend.
While I'm confident Lisa tailors her lessons
to an individual student's desired pace,
she has the ability to teach with the kind
of speed and rigour that serious players
are looking for. She shines the most with
her knowledge and taste for music.
She seems to have a deep understanding
of the music theory that's relevant
to teaching someone the guitar.
Lisa has proven to me that
she cares about my growth through
her kind but telling actions.
Small things, such as keeping me
after the scheduled time free of
charge, so that we could work
on some concepts.
A solid pick for a guitar teacher!
I have been taking guitar lessons from Patrick Thomas for several years. He is an amazing guitar player which allows you to learn to play any style music. I have throughly enjoyed the opportunity to play music and have such a great teacher.
I have been playing for about 35 years, both for fun at home and sometimes in public -- alone or in bands with friends. As a teacher, I prefer acoustic guitar and am best suited to work with beginning and intermediate students.
I am flexible to when, where, and any age. I almost like all types of music and can adapt lessons and songs to your tastes.
I believe that one of the things that makes me stand out is that I listen to my students & give them what they need, not what I want to teach them. There is a big difference between someone who can play guitar well & someone who can teach how to play guitar. Most musicians are focused on showing off their talent & abilities, which I think can discourage a student because they get overwhelmed with seeing all the crazy fancy things their teacher is doing. I try to show them what they need to see & give them a realistic goal to meet me at that place, then we can add new things once they have concurred that goal.
I provide personalized guitar and bass instruction.
I have 30 years of teaching experience. I am specializing in music theory, improvisation, composition, phrasing concepts,
classic rock, blues, neoclassical, shred, and jazz.
I work with a WaveGuide Records' recording artist and local legend.
I have been teaching for four years, and playing for 15. Please call and ask for Leo.
I also teach bass guitar and piano. I have 15 students full-time. I would love to teach you. I have great fulfillment in watching others learn.
Thank you and God bless.
