Boot Camp Code Pink is one of the best workouts that I have ever experienced. It is good for all ages as there are modified ways to do exercises depending on your fitness level. It is a very positive and motivating atmosphere. I am now doing the personal training and I can truly say that Hope is one of the best at targeting your needs and positive motivation.

Wells Fitness provides me with one on one personal training twice a week. Mr. Wells is very professional and works with targeting areas that i need to focus on most. After being consistent with working out my whole mind set has changed with working out and eating healthy daily. He also sends courteous reminders of your appointments and receipts after payments. I am very pleased with the services I am receiving and would recommend him to anyone who needs help or assistance with toning up, losing weight, or just wants to live a healthier lifestyle. Working with Adam during classes and even in personal training sessions has increased my knowledge and awareness of my own personal strength to overcome any situation and circumstance. Adam took the time to talk through every exercise and drill and its benefits. He accommodated my every need in order to meet each goal I set for myself, all while he pushed me to new limits and kept me moving beyond even what I thought I was capable of. Adam helped me work through my own mental blocks and fears and overcome them through the work and exercises he trained me to do. He listened to me and asked questions about what my ultimate goals were and specified each session accordingly. During class, he is very quick to answer any questions I may have had without talking "down" to me and helping me to understand the building blocks of each exercise. He is highly motivated and very well educated in so many different areas. There is no way that I wouldn't recommend anyone to go see him. You will not be disappointed!

Jason Lewis was a great coach. He knew a lot about nutrition and meal plans to fit what I was trying to accomplish. He was well educated on proper supplements to take when I ask. His workout plan was exactly what I needed to give me that extra push. I would recommend him to anyone you won't be disappointed.
Pam gives truly personal training. She considers your age, physical fitness level, knowledge of nutrition and comes up with a plan that fits your specific needs.
Bevin is an amazing trainer. She has high energy and new ideas. She definitely understands if an exercise needs to be altered to accommodate any special needs. She also makes a point to give praise when she notices hard work and physical change.

Ryan is an excellent trainer. I hired him to work with my son who was having a hard time passing the Army physical fitness test, especially the running portion. He had taken the test four times and still needed to shave off a minute. Ryan worked with him for three weeks and he passed the test with a minute to spare. Ryan taught him the importance of pacing, proper breathing, correct form, diet, and mental focus. My son really likes him as a person and is very comfortable with his teaching techniques. I'm sure Ryan would be a great fit for anyone needing to improve their performance in any variety of physical endeavors.
