Great personal trainer who is very dedicated to his customers. I'd describe him as tough, but fair and fun. He tries to make working out and getting healthy as enjoyable as possible. A year with him got me in better shape any any point in my life. Can't say enough.

I'm just starting the Exercise Science program and very excited about it. My personal trainer Shelli has fully explained already why this type of training is different from others and it really makes so much sense. The intensity and timing is the key. The facility is just the right size for an individual experience (you're not lost in a sea of bodies) and Shelli already has a workout fit for me because she listened to me during our consultation. She couldn't be any nicer and I'm very hopeful that the Exercise Science experience will be my answer for helping me to stay fit for life.

Dwight is a most phenomenal trainer! I've been working out and training with private Trainers for over 30 years. I've come to really value individuals who week by week month by month year to year raise me to a new level of Health and Fitness. Over the last three years since he became my trainer, at age 59, he has reshaped my body like no one ever did. He has the knowledge and capability to train people with all body types from slim, toned ladies to bodybuilders, varying fitness goals, all ages, and with chronic injuries from years of sports. My small boned "ballerina" body is more cut and toned than it ever been. Dwight's incredible knowledge, expertise, professionalism and dedication is incomparable. Ultimately, we decided that his group training program was a good fit for me vs. private personal training. It's been about a month now since I started at GeauxFit, and I'm happy I did. Jake is an outstanding personal trainer. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and improved my strength a signifcant amout without building mass.
