I've been training with Gabe for a little over 4 months now. When I started this fitness journey, I was very sceptical. I didn't even think I could lose ten pounds, much less a total of 60 pounds! Not only have I been motivated to give it my all, but I've also been challenged to rise above those limits. This has brought me to a place in my life that I never thought I would be able to get back to. I have learned a lot from Gabe. I love that he challenges you, but he also takes the time to listen. He modifies where needed and kicks it up a notch without you even realizing it! I have gained so much strength and I am now able to stand tall and actually feel good about myself! Ronald was the first trainer I ever worked with. I went from unknown college athlete too being an all-american and Sun-Belt player of the year. Working with Ronald I transformed my body and strength and became dominant. He was also a good mentor away from training. I definitely recommend!!!

I've been working with Shelly for about a month now and it has been the best decision I've made in my life. I'm currently in college and working out with Shelly three days a week is exactly what I need to get through the week. She's with me during every exercise pushing me through it. Not only does she she train me physically but she gives me nutrition advice weekly. She makes sure I'm eating the right foods to give me the best results.
