Its only been a week but Adam has shown himself knowledge, very compassionate about his craft. His studio is the most private, comfortable, and well equipped space for one on one training. Having a trainer for many years before Katrina I thought I would never find another that compared, but Adam is the Real Deal !

I've worked out with many trainers over the years and Jonathan is by far the best. He's extremely knowledgeable about healthy eating and fitness and super passionate about helping me be my best, strongest, most healthy self. His workouts are customized just for what my body needs, he's very attentive when I'm training and he's a super supportive coach - pushing me harder than I would ever push myself but also knowing when to let up so I don't end up hating working out. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a very professional, passionate trainer.

A friend referred me to Shelli Vinturella at Exercise Science about 2 months ago. At first I was hesitant about only working out one day a week and how I could possibly see results. I told Shelli my goal was to be comfortable in shorts for the summer, I wanted pretty legs for once in my life. Well it's now been 8 weeks, and for once I am confortable with my legs in shorts and dresses. I was the girl that always wore jeans and dreaded showing my legs. Also I feel so much leaner, lately Everytime someone sees me they ask, have you lost more weight? My answer is no, I've gotten leaner and toned. Over the last three years since he became my trainer, at age 59, he has reshaped my body like no one ever did. He has the knowledge and capability to train people with all body types from slim, toned ladies to bodybuilders, varying fitness goals, all ages, and with chronic injuries from years of sports. My small boned "ballerina" body is more cut and toned than it ever been. Dwight's incredible knowledge, expertise, professionalism and dedication is incomparable. Kellen is punctual and professional. No other Trainers I’ve had prior to him can even compare. Working out with Christian is always inspiring, encouraging, and rewarding! I have a high stress professional life, and the last thing I need is a trainer to add stress to it. I do a reward based program. Every ten consecutive sessions you make it to, you get one free. I also perform body fat assessments once per month if the client would like as well as comprehensive fitness assessment every three months to track the clients progress.
