This is my second time around working with Tammy. It was about 3-4 years ago she got me in the best shape and health of my life! Battling with Rheumatoid Arthritis and on numerous medications. Somehow we powered through it all and came out on the other side stronger, healthier, 35 pounds lighter, and best off, NO MEDICATIONS or PAIN since!!!!!!!!!! As life has it, I started to slip with my routine (but still pain/medication free) so we have signed on again. This time is with my husband. He has been battling many health issues and also has an herniated disc. Tammy has been absolutely amazing in guiding him to better health and strength all the while with me working along side too. Training together has been a great, new and even fun experience for us. They always say it's best to have a work out buddy and to have that buddy be my hubby is even better! Tammy has made all the work, pain, training, and workouts somehow awesome! Her personality somehow just shines through no matter what and although some things can be difficult to push through she makes them somehow seem easier. I am forever grateful for her guidance, nurturing, education, expertise but mostly her sense of humor and friendship! I just feel there is no better way to go if you are truly serious about your health and getting fit. She is there for you ONLY as she builds what is best and safest for you and guides you step by step to getting healthier and fit THE PROPER WAY! For us, it's even sweeter as we train together at home with Tammy and the only equipment we use is our free weights, (our own body resistance) and the treadmill! :) Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Tammy for giving us "early" fifty year olds another lease in life in getting fit and healthy. The education, proper guidance and physical fitness you gain is priceless!!!

I went in unknowing of what to expect and he explained everything to me in full detail. Explained what to expect, did all sorts of measurements and asked the right questions in order to better help him understand how to help me attain my goal of fitness and health that I was aiming for. He had me train my first day on his equipment to see what I could do and where I could improve. He provided lots of encouragement in the process. He even goes as far with you as to set up a diet plan that will work for you. This guy is great, enthusiastic! He obviously loves what he's doing and really just seems to want to help you be the best version of yourself. He will work with you on so many levels. Totally recommend this guy!
When I first met Cara, I knew I wanted to work with her. We got along, and I loved her energy. Her 18+ year experience shows in her knowledge about meal plans, posing and workouts. I had given her a tough task to compete in my first show 6 weeks out. Some said it wasn't possible, but I was confident that she would get me there in a safe and healthy way. She really cares about training her clients the right way, preserving muscle and cutting the fat, and eating! Every time I had a question or reached out to her, she was responsive, no matter what time it was. The day of my competition, she specially requested a breakfast for me, hand delivered it to my hotel room, and rushed back to the hotel room when I realized I forgot my jewelry. She always went that extra mile. Long story short, I reached my competition body fat/weight goal in time. I can't wait to start training again for my next shows with Cara! I highly recommend her to anyone who is competing in their first show, or who is thinking about switching to a new coach.
Marlen is an outstanding massage therapist whom I have known for several years. From playing tennis, I had extreme tightness in my hips and IT band and Marlen worked hard to release the tightness in those muscles so I could continue playing. Marlen kept me on the courts! She asks your areas of concern and concentrates on those ~ so many therapists decide what you need without listening to your concerns. I would highly recommend Marlen to anyone who wants improved health and fitness.

Kathy is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with which is why I have continued to work with her for five years and we are still going strong. Kathy sincerely loves working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She is equally excited about training seniors who want to remain active and limber to training younger clients for a marathon and everyone in between. In addition to being extremely knowledgable about the field, patient and caring, she is great fun to work with. Kathy continues to amaze me in how well-informed she is about the health issues that I have presented to her throughout our years together. Jim knows this profession. He coaches his daughter's lacrosse, HS football and plays sports including softball & golf. He's worked to ready me for ski season and now softball & golf. He keeps me focused & is easy to engage.

I went to see June to talk about my digestive issues. Foods seemed to just sit in my stomach. June felt I was not digesting food properly. She discussed with me ways to improve my digestion through diet ( including eating fermented foods, re- populating the gut), supplementation and food combining ( what foods to eat together and when). June is very knowledgeable about food and how the digestive system works. I immediately saw results. She gave me the tools to not reach for over the counter products to relieve indigestion. She also suggested recipes. I recommend anyone needing help with digestive issues to contact June. Symptoms diminished and others were resolved through her suggestions. From talking to June I have a greater respect for food and the way it nourishes and heals if we listen to our bodies and take the time to eat in a calm unhurried manner. With all the information out there about what to eat for health, you can get confused as to what to eat. This can cause stress. June is like a encyclopedia of diet information and she is willing to research what she does not know.June also emphasized how much stress affects digestion.
