I was dumb founded and remembered seeing a Clear Water truck in my neighborhood several days prior. When I called them and explained my situation they simply could not have been kinder and more responsive. Leisa, who answered my call, immediately got in touch with the owner Paul. He clearly explained my options and even though they were busy, he had his men out to my home THE NEXT MORNING! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional - diagnosed my problem and had a new pump installed within a couple of hours. I am an owner of a small business and I pride myself on doing whatever I can to take care of my customers and I have to say that Clear Water Pump and Well are exactly that same type of company!
