I stumbled upon Boston Event Diva's while planning my wedding and I can honestly say that hiring Jen was the best and easiest decision I made throughout the planning process. She was so easy to work with, incredibly accommodating and made all of my visions & dreams come to life. While I only used her as my florist, I urge anyone needing a wedding day coordinator to hire Jen as well. The amount of time and effort that she put into the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and all the ceremony & reception arrangements leads me to believe that she puts her entire heart into her work... and you in return will have the most beautiful wedding from start to finish. I can not say enough great things about Boston Event Diva's. Plus, one week after my wedding I still have a beautiful and healthy hydrangea centerpiece sitting on the island in my kitchen still looking as beautiful as they did on the day of my wedding!

John was great to work with and accomadating to all of our last minute requests, as is the case with many corporate events. His team was professional, punctual, and able to adapt to catering in a unique "non kitchen" atmosphere. The guests loved all of the food and the presentation and many asked for his business card! We hope he gets some calls from our event!

Belle was amazing! As an event planner, I had turned to Belle to help me bring my client's vision to a reality and she came through 100%! She listened to my needs and offered her expertise and together came up with a great design. She came early the day of the event and set up with her team and then took down afterwards....I felt spoiled as she handled everything. Will defiantly work with her again!! I hired SYB Event Planning Services to handle my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday party. I was totally glad I did. Soraya and her team were great to deal with and took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Soraya dealt with finding the venue, the décor and the food. Her professionalism, communication and attention to details were superb. The party exceeded my expectations and was a true success enjoyed by everyone who attended especially by the birthday girl. The food was plentiful and is still being raved about by my family and friends. I highly recommend Soraya and her team. I was truly happy and satisfied with their services.

I hired Julie to plan, organize and execute a surprise, outdoor 51st birthday party for my wife Lori at our home. I wanted to go "all out" as I was not able to do a party for her 50th and I was making up for it. I gave Julie full responsibility with some basic guidance on a theme and a long list of names, emails and phone numbers of potential guests. Julie went right to work with a beautifully created electronic invitation sent to over 100 guests two months before the party. She continued to monitor and follow up on the RSVPs every week or so until the day of the party. She immediately arranged for and made reservations for large tents, a special caterer, theme items and all the little things that make a surprise birthday party special. Details matter to Julie and she payed attention to them, constantly monitoring the status of all the moving parts coming together. On the day of the party, Julie had quite the task. While I was able to get my wife out of the house and keep her away from it from 10 am until the party started at 6 pm, Julie arranged for everything to come together in our backyard in that short period of time. Large tents, tables, chairs, decorations, workers, food, birthday cake, themed items etc. all had to appear and be set up in our backyard during that time. No vendor could come earlier or the surprise would be blown and no one could be late as the party started at 6 pm. All the guests - approximately 100 of them - had to show up on time to sing happy birthday when we arrived. The logistics and timing had to be perfect with a lot of moving parts. Suffice it to say, when I brought my wife back to our house at 6 pm, all 100 or so guests were there under tents with a delicious buffet meal ready to be served. Everything was perfect. Nothing had been missed or was out of place. The timing of everything that day was impeccable. I owe it all to Julie and her amazing organizational skills and talent. This woman knows how to plan and throw a party! I have never seen anything like it. What a relief it was to me to be able to leave all of the responsibility for this in the hands of a true professional - Julie. I highly recommend Julie for all your event planning needs. My wife's surprise birthday party had a lot of moving parts. If any of those moving parts were not timed and executed properly, the party could have easily been a "nonsurprise" birthday party. I look forward to using Julie again when I need assistance planning another event. She is the best I have seen. I would highly recommend Cathy. This was my 1st time using an event planner and she has now spoiled me. I will never plan these type of events on my own again, and will only use her! My daughter was beyond thrilled with how she put together her Sweet 16, and my daughter is extremely hard to please. She delivered on everything we discussed and more. People from the venue where we held this party were peaking their heads in to admire the work she did setting up. And one of my daughter's friend's mother said my daughter has now set the bar high for a party. Thank you, thank you , thank you Cathy!

Kelly did the day of coordination for my wedding, and all the pre-work to prepare for the day. She helped find additional staff, suggest vendors, and essentially anything I asked of her. Kelly was truly amazing and saved my wedding in so many ways! From the moment I hired Kelly, she gave me peace of mind and assurance that everything will be perfect. There is a lot of effort and coordination that goes into making a wedding, Kelly was right there with me along the way. As somebody who has orchestrated many events, she gave thoughtful suggestions to ensure my event was planned perfectly. She was always in contact, answered all my emails promptly, and calmed every worry and question I had prior to my wedding. She went over my plan and wishes in great detail to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted everything. The day of she was a wedding saver. I got everything I planned executed as requested and the event ran without any issues (at least none I was award of), Kelly did that great of a job. I spent my wedding day dancing, enjoying the wedding I dreamed of, and visiting my family and friends, while Kelly worked extremely hard to ensure everything went as planned. She did an outstanding job and my wedding day was beyond my expectations. Thank you Kelly for everything that you did and all the things I don't know about, you were truly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning!

Nimra helped me not only decorate my brother's reception, but she also made sure that she was there for each and every planning step. I was showering her with photos and ideas from the Pinterest, and she was kind enough to stay in touch witg me throughout the time period. She designed exactly the same centrepieces for the guest tables as I showed her in a photo. The backdrop designs were also brilliant and our event was a huge success. She also provided complimentary services. I'd definitely recommend her for your event planning and decoration. I am so glad I did not go to the planners who were ready to do my work much cheap because that is the difference between professional event planner and low budget event planners.

Everyone needs the Professional Maid of Honor at their wedding or event! Katelynn took initiative in so many ways before and on the day of my wedding. Leading up to the event, Katelynn was a great listener. She heard and understood what I envisioned for the day when other people didn't, she helped me think thorough back up plans in case of rain, and when the day came she coordinated everything seamlessly. It's true what everyone says, your wedding day flys by! Having Katelynn there allowed my husband and I to spend more time chatting with our guests. While we were enjoying ourselves, Katelynn made sure the day flowed as planned. She started the transition from cocktail hour to dinner, made sure our speakers were ready to give their toasts, transitioned us into the dance hall after dinner, and so much more. I could go on forever about all the helpful things Katelynn did on our wedding day. What I loved most about working with her was her fun and positive attitude. She took on every change or task without hesitation. Any stress or worry we had about the wedding day running smoothly disappeared once we found and talked with Katelynn. I would recommend The Professional Maid of Honor to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed when you hire Katelynn. We hired Adam/Advanced Production and Design for design/decorating/lighting for our daughter's outdoor tent wedding. I wanted a stately, high end look that was affordable. I presented pictures with my wish list and was looking for direction that would accomplish the look I was going for. Adam's professionalism and experience was apparent from our first correspondence. He guided me towards a design that was absolutely perfect for the look that I wanted to achieve. After receiving the proposal and deciding on the final design I had a 100% confidence that I had the right production company. The look was exactly what I wanted and more. It was the icing on the cake and in between!!! Not only was it absolutely beautiful but the ambiance he created set an amazing mood that was beyond my vision. My fiancee and I had one simple request to keep our wedding planning and wedding day stress free. Amanda has more than exceeded our expectations. She saved us a lot of money, providing props, design recommendations, averted so many foreseeable crises months before the wedding started. She was flexible with my family's needs, and collaborated with my in-laws in wedding preparations. She ended every call with "Let me know if you can think of anything else you need..." She missed our rehearsal dinner after our rather awful florist messed up our flowers last minute. Amanda was almost like a part of our family, honoring both my needs and my family's, finding peaceful solutions where she could. The wedding turned was like a fairytale. For someone as laidback and almost absent in my wedding planning, Amanda stepped up and turned what I thought was going to be a beautiful day into an extraordinary experience for me and my now husband! Novack Events did a 70tj birthday party for my mother. They arranged everything from invites to food, music, photos. The party was fantasic and we were able to enjoy ourselves like guests. Mosaic is an unbelievable event planning company!! The attention to detail, forethought, and desire to make the event go seamlessly without any stress for the celebrants are truly phenomenal. They have run two fundraisers for our youth nonprofit, and they have each been tremendously successful and beautiful in every way. They took care of setting the whole visual tone in the room, and planned and executed everything from the food to the furniture. We just left it in their hands, because it was clear that their vision was far superior to anything we could have come up with! The guests were treated to a comfortable and inspiring experience.
