He did his job well and efficiently. He arrived early and started to look around the exterior of the condo building. His report was hand written on a pre-printed form, which was different from some of the inspectors who provided a typed extended report with photos. The advantage of working with him was that I obtained the report at the end of the inspection without waiting for a couple of days. It fit my tight timeline well. He definitely provided great services for the price.
Larry provided a very detailed home inspection for a new construction condo in Boston. I had contacted him through thumbtack with short notice. I had interviewed other home inspectors but Larry did a great job. I also received a very professional inspection report with photos and details to provide for my punch list at the closing. He worked diligently with me and understood my concerns and challenges in purchasing new construction.
Hank is incrediable!! As a first time condo buyer I really didn't know what to lookout for and what could go wrong! Hank was very detail can clearly best at his profession showed us how things should be and even found leaks at the furnace that saved us potentially thounsands if he did not find out!! My condo association has been working with Michael and his team at Boston Condominium Management a bit more than a year. They are a huge improvement over the last management company we had. They are all extremely professional, responsive and helpful. They have great systems in place that let the do all the admin stuff easily and give anyone in the condo association quick access to as much of the detail as they want. Greenhouse Home Inspection recently completed an inspection in Chelmsford MA. He crawled around in the attic, discovered moisture and mold. Suggested the condo association may have a plan to solve problem. Sure enough they did. His knowledge and experience is helpful to Buyers and sellers. I highly recommend Green House Home Inspectors.
If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available,responsive,and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ property management field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.
YIF Management is first class when it comes to property management. I have been renting in Boston since 2003 and have never had such a positive experience as a tenant since becoming a tenant of YIF Management. I moved into one of their properties in 2009 and have lived in 3 different units they manage since then and will be renewing my current lease. Everyone on their team is amazing from the maintenance staff, leasing staff to the hands on owner and property manager. Any maintenance issues are addressed right away with such professionalism and friendliness. I never hesitate to make a call to them and know they will be there to address the issue. I recommend them so highly that have had other friends move into their properties and all have thanked me for bringing them to a property management company that truly cares about their properties and tenants. If you want a place to call home in Boston, a property managed by YIF Management is the way to go!!
I am reviewing as a rental property owner. I started a relationship with Nexus Property Management with 1 rental property and I am currently at 9 units and climbing. I am an out of state owner and there is no way I could feel comfortable about the care of my rental properties if it weren't for all of the professional people at Nexus Property Management. They cover everything: investment property purchases, management, leasing, and maintenance. And almost all correspondence, bills, money contributions, and maintenance requests can be made through their online Nexus Portal. Having Nexus property Management managing my properties takes all the worries out of rental property ownership. And the time I save allows me to focus on other investment opportunities and that, helps me buy more investment rental property!

Derek performed an outstanding condo inspection. He is VERY detailed in his descriptions and recommendations. I learned WAY more than i anticipated. Derek truly earned each and every single one of the five stars i and others have given him. He comes at at affordable rate, he has years of experience (and you can tell based on how he is able to speak about any household appliance), his report was detailed and nicely presented. And above all, he gives of a "i can trust this guy" vibe which to me is priceless.
