Personal fitness lessons, group lessons and self defense classes are available for children, 5 years and older, and adults at Judokan Dojo, which is located at the Parish Center of Saint Thomas The Apostle, 3 Margin St, Peabody. Classes are provided for children and adults of any background, experience and fitness level in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Through our classes, the participants will develop, grow and improve themselves physically and mentally. We are certified by NESTA as a personal fitness trainer to help you achieve your personal goals. We will set up the appropriate workout plan for your specific needs. We are also a member of USJF and we have more than 20 years of experience teaching judo, karate, Tai Chi and self defense to children and adults. All the instructors and volunteers passed Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI), and CPR and First Aid. Each class runs 3 times a week, on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and begin at 4 pm. Individual or group morning fitness classes from 6 AM (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) are also available. Adults will be charged $55 per month, while children under 10 shall be charged $45 per month.
