Wendy Jehlen-ANIKAYA

Introduction: Wendy Jehlen is the creator of a movement approach called "wending." To "wend" is to travel and to find one's path. Wendy's unique approach combines influences from India, Brazil, West Africa, Japan, Italy, and the US to create a new language in dance. The work is grounded, athletic, and both physically and intellectually challenging. I teach both private lessons and group lessons to people of all levels of skill and experience and to people of all ages and abilities. I believe that movement is a language through which we can connect with others as well as our deeper selves.
