I sought out personal training because I was overweight, out of shape, & when I went to the gym I had no idea what I was doing. I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford it & also worried that personal training was more suited to athletes or bodybuilders. I posted on this site, & got some responses very quickly. Johnny was one of the first to contact me, & we worked out a plan I could afford which he felt would help me achieve my objectives. In two and a half months I lost nearly thirty pounds with a meal plan Johnny devised, meeting with him once a week, & doing workouts he designs & monitors on my own. I am in better health overall & feel more confident at the gym. I am still working with Johnny & feel my decision to do personal training with him was a wise decision. Johnny has a studio he shares with other trainers, & it's clean & never crowded. He has a lot of knowledge about fitness, health, & exercise. He varies my routines so I'm always learning new things. He works with bodybuilders as well as couch potatoes like myself, & I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Johnny is an excellent trainer. He definitely knows what he's doing. Instead of regular trainers that usually get you to buy useless supplements that only work for them, Johnny's knowledge with dieting and supplements that you need for your body goal is outstanding. Also, he always is checking up to see how your doing with your workouts and is always available for questions, and he just overall really knows what he's talking about. All I can saw is...wow. Mica is probably one of he most informed, driven, and inspirational trainers I've worked with. She's always honest with me and our sessions are never boring. I've been practicing yoga for years, but gyms and anything cardio were foreign concepts to me. I'd been looking to branch out of my comfort and push myself a bit, but I knew I needed someone to show me the way and hold me accountable. Enter Will. I've only been working out with him for a few weeks now, so I can't quite comment on results. But Will has a well-rounded set of traits that make him a great personal trainer. He is energetic and motivating without being a drill sergeant. He pushes me but also senses when to give me a bit more of a rest. He listens (so incredibly important), adapting exercises to suit my specific limitations and pacing things accordingly. Most important, he emphasizes form above all else, and is conscientious about preventing injuries. Best of all, he does all this in the comfort of my own home, arriving chipper and bright-eyed at 6am. A handful of sessions in, I am surprised that I don't find working out to be as much of a drag as I'd expected, and I accredit that to Will.

Will Milner, is truly a excellent trainer. Will is the combination of tough ("Will you are Killing me!") and warm ("Lisa, your doing Great!") and, he works with the whole person---mentally, physically, and emotionally. Because of Will, I have lost 20 pounds in one month I would recommend Will to anyone willing to take the challenge of getting into shape. He is a great personal trainer who really cares about helping a person achieve their goal. I am 50 years old and looking and feeling the best I have ever felt. If your looking for a personal trainer who is patience, one who you can communicate with, and is very personable, then I would say it has to be William Milner. During the most difficult year of my life one of the best things happened to me - I found Ross as a personal trainer. When I started working with Ross I didn’t believe in myself or in the ability to change my life. From day 1 Ross invested in me, believed in me and cared enough to develop my workouts. I had trained with others in the past and this made me appreciate the difference you feel when you are working with a true professional who is dedicated to his job 24/7. Before I started training with Ross I had an injury and he monitored that making sure I could work out appropriately until it fully healed. He watches form and technique to ensure you don’t get injured and that you maximize gains and changes your training at each session so nothing becomes too routine or boring. Each session goes by so quickly and if you arrived at the gym in a bad mood or having a tough day you will definitely leave in great form and with more confidence. I’m not sure how he turns my day around in 45 mins but he definitely does! Ross goes above and beyond to facilitate workouts. He is flexible with times and is really and truly invested in his clients. I have always felt like he works towards my goals at a pace that works for me so I am challenged but never over-worked or overwhelmed. He is a really low-key, likable, under-stated person who takes on board goals, gives lots of information and customizes workouts on the basis of things I like and dislike. When I started working with Ross I was in pretty bad shape. He has motivated me to look at my lifestyle and make changes that have resulted in weight loss, better health status and happiness and I know I am still just starting out in terms of the possibilities. Unlike many trainers, he has motivated me to stick with training and I now look forward to my workouts. So, if you have tried to stick with exercise plans without success previously you need to work out with Ross and see the difference. He is the right person to show you it can be done. If you’re looking for a fun, productive workout with an enthusiastic, motivated, very patient and personable personal trainer then you really need to meet Ross.

I didn't think that there was a personal trainer in town that would be able to maintain the flexibility that I would need longitudinally. Jimmy is by far the best coach I could have asked for - I had never worked out with a personal trainer before, let alone had any consistent workout regimen, period. Debi was very responsive and I immediately started working out with her 2 times per week. I was so pleased with the results I upped it to 3 times per week in May 2012. I found GHF through thumbtack initially as I was in the process of researching personal trainers. Chad is amazing at what he does! A big difference between him and other trainer that I have worked with in the past is that he genuinely cares about you and the results you want to achieve. He is in it with you until you get there! He gave me great advice on what else I could do to best meet my goals including a healthy and most importantly realistic diet based on what goal I wanted to achieve, extra workouts to do at home or at the gym on my own. I am so happy with how quickly I saw results with him! Yes it takes hard work and dedication but he is great with pushing you through the obstacles we tend to meet and is very encouraging. He even gives background as to why our body is acting a certain way and how to fix it.
