Latest Review: Suzanne is a top notch personal trainer. She has vast experience and knowledge of fitness and is constantly learning new things and sharing them with me. I am a 57-year-old mother of two who was looking for a trainer who understands the aging female body. I am not out to be a body builder but looking for toning, more energy, some moderate weight loss and anything I can do to halt muscle loss, which comes with aging. I work with Suzanne once a week and then do it on my own a few more times before her next visit. Suzanne is punctual, enthusiastic, creative in her approach, and a pleasure to work with. I heartily recommend her!
