I have used the Law Office of Lisa P. Ellis on 3 different occasions. I was completely satisfied with her work as she did an outstanding job on each of my issues. First, I needed legal work done on setting up and preparing a Partnership Agreement for me . The purpose of our Partnership was to buy Rental Property. Our Partnership lasted about 15 years , without problems, because of the job Lisa did with outlining all of the issues in the agreement which each Partner was bound by. Because we had such an outstanding Partnership Agreement in place, thanks to the work of Lisa Ellis, the Partnership ran smoothly and efficient until it was terminated. On a second occasion, I needed her Law firm to respresent me on a Bocce law suit and also to represent our Bocce Committee, which I am a member of, on additional suits and false allegations. This resulted in numerous hours of work for Lisa as counter suits were filed and several court appearances were necessary to handle this case. Because of her many long hours and outstanding work that Lisa did on this case, the court made a ruling in our favor. Any other Law Firm would have charged a substantial fee for this service but because Lisa cares about her clients. her fees were reasonable and affordable. On a third occasion, I used Lisa,s firm to draw up a Living and Regular Will for my wife and I. Once again, she did a great job of covering all the major points so their would be no confusion in admistering these wills at the appropriate time. Other law firms and attorneys insisted on a face to face meeting prior to hiring. Anthony was okay with allowing multiple questions before engaging into a contract. Mr Englander was great. I had a concept of what I needed in a legal document but wanted to make sure when done it I would protect us if we ever needed it.
