Gaurav is an excellent yoga instructor! He really knows how to set the work week off right with the exact mindfulness techniques we need. He is extremely professional and will offer plenty modifications if you need it. His yoga classes have been a great help during my pregnancy as well. All around Gaurav has been a great addition to the corporate wellness program at my work.
Kelly is a gifted and powerful energy healer. I have experienced healing sessions with 20 or more energy healers and she has the strongest energy of any of them. She is also an outstanding yoga teacher. She is kind and extremely intelligent. I can't say enough good things about her and her abilities.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
My wife and I had Asya come to our home to provide a one hour yoga lesson. She was responsive, punctual, listened to what we were looking for and very professional. Depending on what you are looking for, our yoga lesson style seemed more about flexibility and relaxation then a rigorous workout.
I took yoga classes from Connie for almost a year until it became geographically too hard to continue. Connie is an amazing teacher, who combines routines with inspiring music which she changes each week as well as her meditation practice. She is very imaginative and inspiring and changes her routines to fit each persons fitness and goals. I took classes with Connie at a highly stressful time in my life and she adapted the routine to add songs and moves that would help him. Connie is a healer.
I used to hate Yoga, until I started taking class with Melissa. Her classes are a great workout, and you feel both relaxed and enthused afterwards. People have started telling me I look amazing, and the only difference is Melissa's yoga class. I can not recommend her enough.
Darin's Yoga, which was given to him from Amma's teachings, is incredible. After just one session I immediately felt the difference. It's unbelievable that I can get this type of Yoga from an online session. I still received feedback as though I were in the room with Darin.

She is an excellent leader, teacher and guide and is very knowledgeable of various yoga styles. I especially love her timely and firm adjustments and assists throughout each practice. Kristen was charged with the task of leading a yoga class for a college basketball team. This was mandatory and most of the players had never done or had any interest in doing yoga. Kristen successfully engaged the group on a weekly basis for 4 months and made the team enjoy their sessions. She was able to work on sport specific movements and overall flexibility. Kristen also took a genuine interest in the group and became a member of our family.
