Kevin catered a brunch for the Jackson Timon's family reunion. Both the food and the presentation were wonderful and beyond my expectations. Additionally, the attentiveness and quality of service were Phenomenal . lastly, little things such as name plates, flowers, and most of all his presence to field questions and replenish food in a timely manner was a Luxury within its self. I had the privilege of participating in my best friend's wedding, organized by Ms. Johnson. It was very well organized, elegant, and overall very enjoyable. I've dealt with wedding planners who make things more stressful and more complicated than needed but Ms. Johnson was very friendly with a simple and direct approach. She made everything as smooth as possible and quite honestly made it all look effortless, even though it was abundantly clear that she put in a monumental effort for this event. Some people are just naturally talented at organizing and remaining poised in the process and I would say that Ms. Johnson is one of those people. Participating in my best friend's wedding was one of the most memorable moments in my life thus far and thanks to Ms. Johnson, the memories I have from this event are the best they could've been. Thank you Ms. Johnson for doing such a great job and I hope that anyone reading this who is looking to plan a wedding will hire Ms. Johnson without hesitation.
I hired Michele Palmer to be my day-off wedding coordinator for my 220-person wedding, and I could not be more pleased with the services that Michele and her colleague, Debby, provided! FANTASTIC!!! The wedding day-off coordination service is more that just the "day-off" - Michele came out to the venue and went over details with me a month prior to the wedding, her and Debby attended the rehearsal dinner (and patiently waited for our tardy wedding party), and Michele was quick to answer any questions I had and give me advice in the months leading up to our wedding. During the actual wedding day, Michele and Debby made sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Michele was also instrumental in providing me with great advice regarding asking my rental company for an early tent delivery - since it was expected to rain all week prior to our wedding. This ensured that the grass under the tent was relatively dry for our wedding day. I would 100% recommend Michele and her company to any future bride. Trust me, you need the help!!!
Wow- I'm so impressed by Shovana and her team that I wish I could have them work my wedding in New York! Incredible to work with. From our first meeting, I could tell we were in good hands. She put great thought and detail into decorating for our school's prom. Worth every penny. Will absolutely be calling on EA again in the future. Highly recommend!!
BMore Fabulous was such a great find for our wedding, we will be looking to work with them again soon for our family reunion! I needed a wedding planner due to my busy schedule. I wanted someone to be able to accomplish anything I needed from vendor searches to scheduling. I quickly found out that I needed an all-inclusive package, however, all the polished major companies I found were charging a ridiculous amount of money and not providing everything I wanted to be accomplished. To save money and also try to support local businesses or start-ups, students, amateurs etc, I started to look for wedding planners on craigslist, thumbtack, local ads etc. I found BMore Fabulous and was quickly convinced that this was who I wanted to work with. The price was right, the details were many, and the contract was flexible. I did not realize until later, but we really did win big by working with this company. BMore Fabulous was more than all inclusive. Erin, the boss, accomplished all the expected all-inclusive activities such as finding vendors, scheduling meetings, and planning the day of events, but she did WAYY more than that. She was also our decorator for the venue, with her own linen and decor, she provided uplighting for beatuiful effects with her own equipment, and she was our florist for all the bouquets and decor. She also provided the staff and coordination for our bar. If you truly want all inclusive in one place, Erin, from BMore Fabulous is the WOMAN. Also, regardless of what she could provide, Erin, was very flexible. This, I find, might have been the most important benefit we got from working with them. I imagine other polished and bougie companies would be very strict and inflexible when it came to the contract, payment options, changes to your ideas and plans. With Erin, we were able to change our contract twice. Our payment options were flexible, and there were no hiccups with policies. If we had a vision, there was no headache with changing things. My husband and I are very particular and he had his doubts if all of our details would turn out right at the wedding. He actually had his doubts about BMore Fabulous, because all of our meetings were not conducted at an office, and details were written on lined paper, or an old laptop etc. In all reality, that was judgmental. Our wedding turned out absolutely beautiful! Despite that there were so many mistakes from our officiant and DJ, the crowd did not notice, and the only reason it ran as smooth as it did was because of BMore Fabulous! My husband in fact, later said how he was impressed by Erin and her work and how she did an exceptional job. Definitely work with BMore Fabulous!
I hired Stephanie to help me plan my parents' 30th wedding anniversary. To be honest, I've never hired an event planner so I don't really have a comparison. I also don't plan events (at least not big ones). Since I wanted to make sure this event was perfect, I decided to hire someone who knew what they were doing. From the start, Stephanie was professional, courteous, and informative. Before coming up with a plan, she listened intently as I described my parents and what I thought would make this anniversary party perfect for them. She asked a lot of questions and I felt like she really got a good idea of what I was looking for before starting to share some suggestions. She had a lot of great ideas right off the bat and brought up aspects of the party that I had not even considered. In the run up to the party, Stephanie stayed in close contact and was always available to chat or answer my questions. That was probably one of the best parts of working with Stephanie - the communication. On the day of the party, I thought I'd be running around like crazy and worrying about all of the details. Luckily, I didn't have to do that! Stephanie handled the logistics of vendors and made sure everything was going as planned. She even dealt really well with my family, who can be a little overwhelming at times. Overall, the party was amazing and my parents were overjoyed - not just because so many of their loved ones showed up, but because the whole party really captured their personality and love. It was really amazing. Stephanie is a creative planner who is organized and stays on top of things. I'm not sure if I'll be throwing any other parties in the future, but if I do, I know exactly who I'll be calling!
From the first consultation with Keisha I knew she was a perfect fit for us! Affinity One Events were hired for my day of wedding day coordination, but it was a lot of communication and meetings before the actual day. Keisha was flexible and very reliable. Several of my guests noticed how helpful and professional affinity one event staff members were during the wedding. I could not be more thankful for the service that was provided!
Walida did a fabulous job. Our ballon arch for our 40th high school reunion looked great. She arrived early for set up and was always responsive to our needs. I would hire her again.
K.Chic Events did our family reunion which was incredible and in the making for a year! KISHA kept all family members abreast to what was going on since a lot of the family lived out of town! Kisha even went out of her way to handle lounging for some of the family. That was a major plus.The food,decorations,DJ was absolutely fabulous!! Kisha even had a few surprises for us (the family) with shirts with every member name on it,celebrating my mothers' birthday, plus my 40th wedding anniversary! Kisha professionalism was incredible!
