Latest Review: I hired Robert about two months ago. I have had personal trainers before but none like him. Robert is an asset- he knows how to deal with clients and trains them accordingly. He inculcates a sense of discipline into the client which is great. I have lost about 10 pounds and this is just the beginning. He keeps you motivated and makes you look at the larger picture- which means how one would feel at the end of the sessions when one has become healthier and looks good too. I would highly encourage people to get his team if you are serious about working out and improving yourself.

Latest Review: Cory is an excellent personal trainer. I asked Cory to help get me in shape for my upcoming wedding (toning, lose weight and strength building). He pushes you to your limit and asks you to push yourself, while encouraging and motivating you to want more for yourself. He has provided nutritional guidance and exercise tips for days when we do not meet as well. I highly recommend Cory for those looking to improve their lifestyle!

Latest Review: When looking for a personal trainer, it struck me exactly how hard it is to find quality in any service. Most people are bad at most things, and people that take their work seriously are rare. I signed up for some classes with a trainer at my gym. Paid a reasonable amount. Got terrible advice and hurt myself. The trainer was probably trying his best but just didn't have the experience or knowledge to help me learn correctly. I was afraid to make a more serious financial commitment with no guarantee that I'd get better results... but I tried out ELIN, and I'm glad I did. I got a phone call from Elin and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and his ability to communicate effectively about critical aspects of getting in shape. It was clear this was a no-bs trainer that was interested in actually providing training rather than tricking me into paying an exorbitant price and then phoning it in. I began sessions with a trainer named Kris. Kris had the body to indicate that he knows how to work out, but that isn't always enough. You have to be an effective teacher as well. It turns out Kris has an excellent eye for form and was able to explain, over the course of our sessions, specific issues with my body that needed to be addressed. He found exercises that addressed those issues, and if I had difficulty with that exercise, he found a new one that worked better. He strikes an excellent balance between fixing form and letting you get on with the workout, neither constantly interrupting you nor letting you do useless reps. He was also able to explain and demonstrate over time the importance of the less glamorous parts of the workout, such as stretching and SMR, which all of us "know" are important but which we never really accept as crucial. In short, all of my expectations for hiring a professional trainer were met. These guys don't screw around. If you're serious, hire ELIN.

Latest Review: I just started training and I already love it. He pushes me but also makes me push myself and I feel like I will get the results that I really want by continuing with him. He has a great website that not all trainers on here had and he I think he knows what he's talking about even more than the most professional trainers! He is the perfect trainer!

Latest Review: svet is legit! at first I wasnt too sure if I wanted to do personal training because I'm a student and therefore have little money to splurge. I saw other personal trainers and saw they charged outrageous amounts for their services. however, svet is very flexible with his payment. this made it possible for me to focus on myself instead of the money. as for the training, this guy will kick your ass, but the results are worth it. it has been about a month for me and I have lost 10 pounds of what I'm sure was fat. also I feel much stronger and my existing back and shoulder problems are starting to alleviate themselves. if you are serious about training than the svetness personal training program is for you. the svetnesss program will not only help change how you look, but it will positively change how you live your lifestyle.

Latest Review: Andrew is knowledgeable, conscientious, and well-attuned to my individual needs and goals. He keeps the workouts challenging, so I have a sense of accomplishment at the end of each one, and I certainly know I have worked my muscles, but he adjusts the work to account for my current fitness level and health. That is what puts the personal in personal training, and Andrew is great at it. I highly recommend him.

Latest Review: Mark Goldfarb has been my trainer since 1999 and I’ve probably been with him the longest of his clients. He is professional in our relationship but also a very caring person. He has researched ways to help train me when I have had an injury or surgery. He has much patience and a way of “pushing” me when I’m not motivated. He is responsive when I have told him that I am unusually sore after a session, adjusting the weights accordingly, and usually spending more time on that muscle. I have sworn that I will never be able to do a certain thing he wants me to do and slowly but surely, I will get there. I like the fact that he uses lots of different approaches to training the same muscle group. It is not only a good way of doing it, but it keeps the workouts from getting boring. Besides the weight machines , he uses bands, bosu balls, straps, discs and a variety of other resources to train. Not only is he interested in building my strength, but increasing my flexibility and balance. In addition, he is a certified yoga instructor and includes many yoga positions in my workouts. This has definitely increased my flexibility. In short, I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
