We hired TMT Private Chef Services to help with our weddings cocktail hour. TMT was a delight to work with! She was easily reachable via phone or email, prompt with replies and professional. Our cocktail hour was supposed to be on the deck after the ceremony but due to a cold rainy day we had to move everything in side and TMT was a huge help in moving everything - setting up the app area (for 100 people) and providing us with a few wonderful apps she made herself. She left our kitchen spotless and neatly put the leftover food in storage bags for later. We would certainly use TMT again and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for private chef services.

Theresa catered our daughter's wedding. She was the ultimate professional! The food was excellent and presented artistically. Theresa, along with her staff/bartender (Glenn) were very personable, on-time and very courteous.     The work I put forth is the result of 23 years in high end professional kitchens, many of which were spent in the Executive Chef role. Throughout that time, I learned all facets of the culinary industry spending time in country clubs, hotels, resorts and private restaurants. Many personal chefs that one may come across during the search may possibly have half that amount of quality experience and/or either he or she is an individual who developed a love of food and felt that they could work as a professional personal chef without having spent years in a professional kitchen learning all the components of the food and beverage industry. For many Executive Chefs, the job becomes much more desk work than actual work with the food. I love just being able to create and not worry about how the "business end" of the industry.
