So, you're looking for a personal trainer and are wondering if PHIIT training is for you. Well, speaking for myself and the results that I have achieved with Chris - I would say yes! If you are serious about staying fit and healthy you can not pick a better place to do so than PHIIT Training Studio. I have been working out with Chris at another location for about 2 years, and was very excited for him to start out on his own. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises (KB, TRX, weight lifting etc). I ALWAYS get a great work-out, and if I present with an injury (I am no longer 35!) we modify the exercises to accommodate and he always sends me home with a couple of ideas to help at home. Chris is easy to work with, he has lots of ideas to help keep you on your fitness path. I am very happy here and will continue to work out here.
Devaughn is an amazing trainer! He finds the balance between meeting you at your current fitness level and pushing you to your limit. He doesn't take himself too seriously so I always have fun and a few laughs when we train. I saw instant results when I first started training with him. My stomach was tighter and I had more confidence. If you want to melt fat and build muscle, you need to go see him!
COVAL Fitness is awesome, plain and simple! Wanting to get back into shape and stay motivated, I was looking for a gym or workout environment that would keep me motivated, and I can definitely say that I found that - and much more - at COVAL fitness. Mike and the rest of the team at the gym helped me build a workout plan that would be tailored exactly to my goals, taking into consideration my schedule, my weak spots, and my needs. The workout environment at COVAL is professional (the trainers work with you, making sure your technique is on point, that you're pushing yourself) but also extremely relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Coming to Coval, my main goal was to improve my body composition. But I can honestly say that I gained much more than that - working out at coval keeps me motivated, helps me improve on my technique and allows me to focus on areas and aspects of strength training I wouldn't really prioritize (or, let's be honest, know how to improve on) in a regular gym setting (such as balance, core work, coordination, lower body strength, appropriate stretching and correct warm-up techniques). As I said in the begining; awsome! Plain and simple!
Gus is an excellent trainer and coach. He is very knowledgeable about the body, detailed in explanations, fun and professional. Workout plan is taylored to your specific needs according to your goals. Your time with him is not divided with another client but you have his full attention during your scheduled time. He is easy to contact outside of training should you have any questions. I have been training with Gus for 2 weeks and have noticed a change in my stamina, strength and body. I leave every workout tired but pumped and ready for the next appointment!!
The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. I was impressed that he does not only train you physically, to your unique strengths and weaknesses, but for your nutrtion and mental well being also. Travis's overall sincerity and interest in your results is over and above any fitness facility I have gone to.
I have workout with Connie over the years. We have exercised using workout tapes, the gym and classes Connie taught. She can get you motivated, help you achieve your goals and is very good at personal training.
I hired Tay from Elite Personal Fitness to train my wife and myself (my wife's idea). I wasn't sure about this because we are at different fitness levels. But Tay took the time to learn about both of us and she tailored our workouts to get the most from each of us. I would recommend her. She keeps it fresh and fun.

My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. Scott is a great trainer. He is responsive to his clients needs and abilities and adjusts workouts accordingly to maximize the benefits. He always watches form and corrects where needed. I like that he starts a workout with mobility training to loosen you up. He's also very easy to talk to. I've enjoyed all of his workouts!
Great workouts. He listens and is willing to adjust the workout to obtain optimal fitness. There were workouts I did not find effective and he tweaked the workout to make it more challenging for me and my body .
