Extremely flexible with his schedule and will often work around my hectic schedule to ensure I can get my three workouts in a week. He’s always bringing in new equipment and his gym is completely on trend with the industry. While Chris takes your goals into consideration, the best part is you often get a total body workout in during each session.     He reviewed proper technique for every activity we did and then proceeded to do a hard push for me which is what I needed and continue to need. I wish we could have done a warm up and a cool down as my muscles were definitely not used to the routine we did, but other than that, no issues and will definitely be back to him!

    I hired Paul almost seven months ago to help me train for my first NPC Bikini Competition. I was at a point where I had been working out regularly for two years, but was still unhappy with my body and struggling to get through a fitness plateau. Our first meeting was an hour and a half, and Paul listened to my goals, and explained how he would help me accomplish them. By the time I left, I couldn't wait to embark on my new fitness journey, and I knew I had found a trainer that would encourage and challenge me, yet understand that working out could not be my whole life, but an aspect of it along with work, school, and social activities. In February 2014, I weighed 146lbs and was at 26% body fat. Today (August 2014), I am 133lbs, 17% body fat, and FINALLY happy with my body. Paul helped me reach my goals by revamping my diet so that I was eating more often and healthier foods, as well as requiring that I keep a daily food log that he reviews each week. In addition to changing my eating habits, Paul also improved my workout regimen. In the privacy of the PVSFit studio gym, he pushed my body and mind with challenging workouts, which taught me how to push myself when working out on my own. He also helped me structure the workouts performed on my own time. Paul is also very accessible outside of the gym. I e-mail and text him regularly with questions, and he always gets right back to me! When I started this adventure in February 2014, I planned on using a personal trainer until I got through the competition. However, my plan has changed, and I will continue to train with Paul for the foreseeable future so that I can maintain my health and weight loss!

Her Tabata, Kettlebell and Fusion classes always give me a varied workout - we never do the same workout twice which is what works best for me. I always get a good workout in.
