I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer.

I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.
Michelle is an awesome personal trainer!! She really cares about helping you obtain your goals. Michelle will personalize workouts just for you. Even help you come up with ideas for healthy meals. She is a true personal trainer, very diligent in monitoring your weekly progress. Weather it be what your eating or how your own workouts are going. She really helps motivate me throughout the week and during our sessions to do my best.
Working with Mike has been great. He sat down with me to understand what my goals were. He has pushed me to go further than I thought I could, and have seen myself getting stronger and healthier because of it. I haven't left a session where I felt that I didn't get a great workout. Gus is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable personal trainer. I was a complete beginner in the gym and he was super patient with me and ensured we worked at a pace that was comfortable for me, but still ensuring we make progress. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable and he'll work with everyone on their budget. I highly reccomend hiring Gus if you are serious about getting in shape, learning about nutrition, and want to work with someone who understands what it's like to have been a beginner!

I have worked with multiple personal trainers over the years. Amanda is hands down the best. She is always going above and beyond for her clients. “Fitness should be doing something you enjoy. It should also be something that challenges you.” This is one of the first statements Mr. Phillips told me when I was complaining about wanting to “get in shape” but not knowing how. This is also one of the many ways he showed me that he is a different kind of trainer. A few key words: Motivating: I have stopped and started plenty of times. He has always had a perspective to share with me that encouraged me to try again. Patient: When I’m frustrated with myself or my progress (or lack thereof) he is not. He reminds me to be patient with myself and patient with the process and to remember to enjoy what I’m doing. Validating: You will notice that he will compliment you before he corrects you. Meaning, he will say “good! One more...” and then he’ll fix your posture or your grip or point out where to focus your muscles’ attention. Realistic: He pays attention to where you want to go and he pays attention to how you’re going to get there. He will not push you further than he knows you’re willing to go and definitely not just to prove a point. He will pace you and that pacing may include a small challenge when he knows you’re ready. (Surprise!) Finally, the last thing I’ll share is his psychology about fitness and the necessary mindset for sustained success. At one of his group fitness sessions he said “when you leave here & find yourself in a tempting situation, you’re going to use the mental toughness you get from exercising in here to stay mentally tough out there.” He’s right. Fitness is a state of mind that benefits many other parts of your life. If you’re going to trust anyone with your fitness journey, GoalFigureFitness is it!
