I waited a while to write this review. I simply love working with Pete. He's knowledgeable, professional, personable. He's a smart motivator, and somehow, even when I am not feeling my best to work out, when I train with him, I forget about it. There is also one quality not to overlook: he's super punctual, or communicates, and very reliable (this kind of reliability on a consistent basis i find rare). He's great whether you want to get in shape, take it to the higher level, or just have a smart trainer and fitness partner to give you extra help. I needed a specific help when I turned to Pete, and I am seeing the results and looking forward to more.

David is awesome! He gave me a thorough fitness assessment and then provided an exercise regimen designed specifically to meet my needs -- I wanted bodyweight exercises only, that could be easily done in my basement with the small amount of equipment I have. The beauty part is that the way David recommended me to exercise, I never get overly sore because I don't do a lot of reps of any one exercise, and I never get bored because he gave me a huge selection of exercises for each section of the body. After just a couple weeks I can already feel myself getting stronger, and I think I might be able to sustain this! He also advised me on nutrition. He's a pleasure to work with and he's very affordable! Highly recommended.

I worked out with Michelle for years at Chicago Women's Fitness. I was never in such high great shape and always kept me motivated to do my best. She's a great trainer and although I'm sad to see her leave Chicago I'm sure she will be great for the women in Michigan!

I don't know where to start! I have tried multiple fitness pros before meeting Gus and none of them can compare to the service Gus has offered me. He always replies to my emails and texts whenever I have questions, he makes my workout plans every month, and just overall truly cares about my goals. I would recommend Gus to anyone trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier. He's awesome!

I hired Tay from Elite Personal Fitness to train my wife and myself (my wife's idea). I wasn't sure about this because we are at different fitness levels. But Tay took the time to learn about both of us and she tailored our workouts to get the most from each of us. I would recommend her. She keeps it fresh and fun.

My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. We have been able to see a noticeable difference in the short time we have been working out with Kyle. We would highly recommend Coach Kyle and the Fitt Factory.

I hired Ben when I was working on getting healthy. I had been working on dropping 60lbs and with his help on diet I was successful. Ben, with his fitness training prepared healthy and delicious foods. He really worked with me with each menu to make great dishes. Bravo Ben!!

Mr. Meyer teaches Physical Education 2000-Wellness-Focus Fitness at Macomb Community College. I am very impressed with him as a professor and with his class as a whole. He is extremely knowledgeable in exercise sciences, wellness as well as all other areas of general health. Ken Meyer has truly gone above and beyond to motivate, educate and inspire his students. He has been an inspiration to me and all other classmates as he has taught and modeled for us how to live healthier and overall better lives. He maintains a positive attitude, possesses solid work ethic and encourages his students to do the same. He is pleasant, reliable, well-rounded and always willing to answer any questions in a timely manner. His quality of teaching has by far exceeded my expectations. He sets the standards high for all other professors at Macomb Community College. I can honestly not say enough positive things about Mr. Meyer as he has been a complete pleasure to work with and an outstanding professor.

I wasn’t in it for the nutrition. I was in it for the workouts. I was tired of feeling like a marshmallow. I had no strength no stamina and I was looking to change that. And it did change. I was doing things in class that I never thought possible. I really liked for each exercise Dominic would give three different variations. So you could make everything work for you, at what fitness level you were at .
