Just began working with my Personal Trainer Pete and so far so EXCELLENT. He is dependable, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He holds you accountable for your diet and he pushes you in your workout. I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer.

So, you're looking for a personal trainer and are wondering if PHIIT training is for you. Well, speaking for myself and the results that I have achieved with Chris - I would say yes! If you are serious about staying fit and healthy you can not pick a better place to do so than PHIIT Training Studio. I have been working out with Chris at another location for about 2 years, and was very excited for him to start out on his own. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises (KB, TRX, weight lifting etc). I ALWAYS get a great work-out, and if I present with an injury (I am no longer 35!) we modify the exercises to accommodate and he always sends me home with a couple of ideas to help at home. Chris is easy to work with, he has lots of ideas to help keep you on your fitness path. I am very happy here and will continue to work out here.

Gus is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable personal trainer. I was a complete beginner in the gym and he was super patient with me and ensured we worked at a pace that was comfortable for me, but still ensuring we make progress. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable and he'll work with everyone on their budget. I highly reccomend hiring Gus if you are serious about getting in shape, learning about nutrition, and want to work with someone who understands what it's like to have been a beginner!

The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. I was impressed that he does not only train you physically, to your unique strengths and weaknesses, but for your nutrtion and mental well being also. I really liked the idea of a local gym that offers both personal training and fitness classes. The classes have been awesome with my favorite being the Kickboot class. Both Mike and Ally have taught the class each adding their own spin but both leaving me feeling like I actually accomplished something. I also liked that they modified exercises to meet my fitness level. The trainers and instructors at Twy-fit have all been friendly, positive and encouraging; it was an overall great experience.

I like to workout pretty early in the morning, between 5 and 6am. When Connie was my personal trainer, she was always accomodating to my schedule and she made working out fun and challenging. I also took her Kickboxing class, she is a great teacher!

I hired Tay from Elite Personal Fitness to train my wife and myself (my wife's idea). I wasn't sure about this because we are at different fitness levels. But Tay took the time to learn about both of us and she tailored our workouts to get the most from each of us. I would recommend her. She keeps it fresh and fun.

My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. We have been able to see a noticeable difference in the short time we have been working out with Kyle. We would highly recommend Coach Kyle and the Fitt Factory.

Ben is an incredible chef, personal trainer and health coach. I've been working with Ben for over a year and can say I've not felt this physically good in years. Each meal he makes is superb and the workout he plans are fun (and tough!)

I have worked with multiple personal trainers over the years. Amanda is hands down the best. She is always going above and beyond for her clients. I have struggled for a few years to get motivated to get back on track in the gym and with a healthy lifestyle. Amanda seems to be able to read just how much to push you to get you going and keep you there. Very personable, timely and quick to return calls and emails. I would recommend her to anyone.

When I first hired Ken as my personal trainer 10 years ago I got more than what I imagined. It wasn't just a "workout" it was a lifestyle change. Ken is so knowledgable about cardio, weight training and nutrition. I still follow his exercise and nutritional recommendations today. I have trained on and off over the past decade with both Ken and Marissa and you will not find a more dedicated, motivated and knowledgeable team as they are.     This inquiry is being conducted on behalf of a very busy and fairly high profile business professional. Due to her very busy schedule, we are not able to provide exact windows for training at the time of this inquiry. She is looking for someone willing to come to her for training 1-3 times per week. We are seeking a fairly flexible and professional individual to assist our client with her Wellness, Fitness, and Nutrition goals. Our client's specifications are as follows: Must Haves - Under $60 per hour - Can train at my apartment complex gym near Detroit RenCen or within 10 minutes walking from the RenCen - Can train without weights or machines (e.g. Just from body weight related exercises) - Can train someone who does not do pushups, bicep curls, or similar arm bending exercises, but can do all other exercises - Can have a full transformation approach (i.e. not just show up for workouts, but can have me on a multi-month good health program and measure progress on a monthly or weekly basis) - Available 1 - 3 times per week Nice to Haves - Can train at my apartment complex gym near Detroit RenCen - Available for up to 3 - 5 workouts per week - Male - Works with a nutritionist and other practitioners to take a holistic approach - Practices bar method, yoga, martial arts, and/or dance - Can be paid by credit card - Has lots of certifications, professional experience, etc.
