I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer.

I have worked with Ryan on and off for about 10 years and for a person that doesn't really like working out, Ryan makes it fun. He has helped to motivate me and help me overcome different aches and pains through strength training. We regularly set goals for continued improvement and he's very helpful with guidance as to how to attain those goals through exercise, nutrition, and creating positive habits to be successful.
So, you're looking for a personal trainer and are wondering if PHIIT training is for you. Well, speaking for myself and the results that I have achieved with Chris - I would say yes! If you are serious about staying fit and healthy you can not pick a better place to do so than PHIIT Training Studio. I have been working out with Chris at another location for about 2 years, and was very excited for him to start out on his own. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises (KB, TRX, weight lifting etc). I ALWAYS get a great work-out, and if I present with an injury (I am no longer 35!) we modify the exercises to accommodate and he always sends me home with a couple of ideas to help at home. Chris is easy to work with, he has lots of ideas to help keep you on your fitness path. I am very happy here and will continue to work out here.
Devaughn is an amazing trainer! He finds the balance between meeting you at your current fitness level and pushing you to your limit. He doesn't take himself too seriously so I always have fun and a few laughs when we train. I saw instant results when I first started training with him. My stomach was tighter and I had more confidence. If you want to melt fat and build muscle, you need to go see him!
I had a great experience working with Gus. I’ve been trying to cut body fat and gain lean muscle. We talked about the goals I wanted to achieve and he put me through some intense workouts and set up my macros so I could track what I was eating to make sure I didn’t waste muscle but burned fat. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about weight training. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

Connie has been a terrific coach. I've been working out with her consistently twice a week since June 2, 2017. She is completely reliable and punctual. Also always friendly and upbeat without being intrusive. She is supportive, nonjudgmental, and responsive to my physical status. She is eager to provide the specific type of training and any particular accommodations that I may need. In terms of the training itself, she has a huge repertoire and is always mixing it up to keep things fresh and keep my muscles working their hardest. Her knowledge is impressive. I recommend her most highly!
Great trainer, uses very unique excercies and equipment which you don’t get out of traditional trainers and workout tapes. Myself being a tennis player, Tay was very capable of crafting workouts designed to directly help my game. Would recommend.
I am really enjoying training sessions with Agnes! I have always struggled with my weight but I was not sure where to start to help myself. Hiring Agnes as a personal trainer was definitely a smart move. She is very personable, knowledgeable, patient but also knows when and how to push you to work harder. The results are great and I am definitely going to continue training sessions with her.

My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. We have been able to see a noticeable difference in the short time we have been working out with Kyle. We would highly recommend Coach Kyle and the Fitt Factory.

Amanda is such an amazing, supportive, and smart trainer! She goes above and beyond for her clients, making them not just see results while they are training with her but also giving them the tools to build a workout program and continue working out on days she isn't training with them. She offers nutritional advise, caters to your dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian) and is a great motivator. Beyond that, she also is always seeking to improve herself and is learning new training techniques, which translates directly to her clients training. Wouldn't train with anybody else! She's the best :)
I can't say enough great things about Jeannette! As someone who didn't work out much, I was very intimidated by fitness. Jeannette makes you feel so comfortable! She answers all your questions and takes her time to train you! I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a great trainer!
Scott is a great trainer. He is responsive to his clients needs and abilities and adjusts workouts accordingly to maximize the benefits. He always watches form and corrects where needed. I like that he starts a workout with mobility training to loosen you up. He's also very easy to talk to. I've enjoyed all of his workouts!

Very reputable trainer. He has a lot of knowledge to be able to help with different types of training and even dieting. Is easy to work with and also has a good personality. Pushes you but not anything to extreme or over board. I highly recommend him.
